Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe A fin de avanzar en la provisión de una justicia célere, oportuna y eficiente, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, informó que el Ejecutivo aprobó el proyecto de Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional Especializado en Flagrancia Delictiva, el cual coadyuva a la implementación de las Unidades de Flagrancia Delictiva en todo el país.
“El modelo de flagrancia ha demostrado, allí donde se ha implementado, que en no más de 48 horas se puede tener una sentencia definitiva contra los delincuentes”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, quien precisó que el proyecto de ley será tramitado ante el Congreso de la República.
Este sistema estará integrado por el Poder Judicial, el Ministerio Público, el Ministerio del Interior, el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y la Policía Nacional, servirá como mecanismo articulador que contribuya en la implementación de las unidades de flagrancia.
“Queremos que estos órganos integrantes del sistema de administración de justicia, reunidos en consejo, puedan tomar estas decisiones”, añadió al finalizar la sesión del Consejo de Ministros.
DISPONEN CAPTURA DE RESPONSABLES DE VOLADURA DE TORRE ALTA TENSIÓN
A su turno, el ministro del Interior, Walter Ortiz, informó que se dispuesto la ubicación y captura de los responsables de la voladura de una torre de alta tensión del sistema nacional de electrificación, ubicada en el distrito de Chugay de la provincia de Sánchez Carrión (La Libertad).
“La Policía está en el lugar haciendo las pesquisas correspondientes. Esta torre está ubicada fuera de la zona de emergencia, a 7 kilómetros del centro minero La Poderosa”, refirió.
En tanto, el premier Adrianzén expresó la necesidad de hacer mejoras en la legislación vinculada a las actividades mineras, a fin de poder combatir a la minería ilegal.
OPA SOBRE ACCIONES DE ENEL CERRO POR MÁS DE USD 1300 MILLONES
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial también destacó que la oferta pública de adquisición previa sobre las acciones comunes de la empresa de energía eléctrica Enel ascendió a más de 1300 millones de dólares.
Al respecto, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Javier Arista, señaló que dicha transacción representa una clara señal de confianza que tienen los inversionistas extranjeros en el Perú, en su economía y en su mercado de capitales.
“Se abren importantes oportunidades para que nuevos inversionistas internacionales ejecuten nuevas inversiones en el sector de energía renovable y desarrollo sostenible en el país”, sostuvo.
IMPULSAN VACUNACIÓN CONTRA INFLUENZA Y NEUMOCOCO
Ante el inicio de la temporada de friaje y heladas en algunas zonas del país, el ministro de Salud, César Vásquez, informó que se ha garantizado, en todos los establecimientos a nivel nacional, las vacunas contra la influenza y el neumococo, que en las épocas de baja temperatura pueden llegar a ser, en algunas ocasiones, mortales.
“En abril distribuimos un millón de vacunas antiinfluenza y en estos momentos se está distribuyendo más de 2 millones de vacunas adicionales contra esta enfermedad. Asimismo, se está distribuyendo 500 mil dosis de vacunas contra el neumococo”, declaró.
El ministro Vásquez precisó que, en los 540 distritos priorizados, que se ubican en las zonas afectadas por las bajas temperaturas, se ha alcanzado una cobertura de 45% de vacunación contra el neumococo.
PLAN 360 PARA REACTIVAR EL TURISMO
La ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Elizabeth Galdo, manifestó que su sector ha diseñado un conjunto de acciones para convertir al Perú en el primer destino turístico de Latinoamérica, y recuperar las cifras prepandemia.
“Estamos comprometiéndonos para que la meta del turismo receptivo en el 2024 sea de 4.4 millones de turistas. En cuanto al turismo nacional, la meta será de 48 millones de turistas”, afirmó.
La ministra Galdo enfatizó que ello mejorará la proyección de crecimiento del PBI a 3.9%, lo que generará más empleos directos e indirectos.
“Para lograr estas metas trabajaremos de manera articulada con los gobiernos regionales, las autoridades locales, el sector privado y con los sectores de Transportes e Interior”, mencionó.
DECLARATORIA DE EMERGENCIA EN QUISPICANCHI
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros señaló que, como consecuencia de la reunión sostenida ayer con el presidente del Congreso, Alejandro Soto, el Ejecutivo aprobó, mediante decreto supremo, la declaratoria de estado de emergencia en los distritos de Andahuaylillas, Huaro, Lucre y Urcos, de la provincia cusqueña de Quispicanchi, ante los daños ocasionados por los movimientos sísmicos.
“Tras la exposición recibida por el jefe del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci), el Consejo de Ministros decidió por unanimidad adoptar esta medida que tendrá una vigencia de 60 días”, agregó.
En esa línea, reveló que durante el consejo se recibió un informe del Ministerio de Defensa sobre las acciones que deberían adoptar las autoridades de las instituciones y la ciudadanía en general ante un eventual sismo de 8.8 grados en la costa del Perú.
