Por ello, brinda de forma gratuita orientación vocacional, cursos, capacitaciones y empleo con apoyo del sector privado.

En esa línea, la presidenta de la República, Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, participó esta mañana en el evento denominado “Fortaleciendo el Capital Humano Juvenil”, donde aseguró que su gestión viene promoviendo el empleo juvenil mediante acciones y servicios que fortalezcan el capital humano; es decir, a través del reforzamiento de habilidades, competencias y conocimientos para que puedan enfrentar la vida laboral con éxito.

Durante el encuentro con jóvenes se informó sobre la importancia de los programas y servicios que el Gobierno ofrece, a través del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, como Jóvenes Productivos, Mi Carrera y Capacítate.

Jóvenes Productivos está dirigido a personas que se encuentran en situación de pobreza y vulnerabilidad socio-laboral, que no tienen oportunidades de estudiar ni trabajar. Incorpora servicios gratuitos de capacitación laboral.

Este año, cerca de 6000 jóvenes han recibido los servicios de este programa. De ellos, 1400 son capacitados en alianza con el sector empresarial. Son más de 30 las empresas con las que se han firmado convenios de colaboración, las mismas que recibieron un reconocimiento.

Por su parte, la plataforma web Mi Carrera ofrece una guía que ayuda a los jóvenes a tomar decisiones vocacionales informadas y alineadas con la demanda del mercado laboral, en la página https://micarrera.trabajo.gob.pe/.

En tanto, la plataforma virtual Capacítate cuenta con más de 215 cursos gratuitos sobre habilidades prácticas, desde competencias digitales e inglés básico hasta inteligencia artificial y educación financiera.

Desde su creación, Capacítate ha emitido más de 772 000 certificados, demostrando su impacto directo en la empleabilidad. Todo este trabajo realizado desde el Ejecutivo simboliza el compromiso con una juventud que necesita herramientas concretas para enfrentar los desafíos del mundo laboral.
