Tras reunión sostenida en Palacio de Gobierno, se ha dispuesto que en las próximas horas se decrete el estado de emergencia en toda la provincia de Lima y la provincia Constitucional del Callao, con el despliegue de tropas de nuestras Fuerzas Armadas en apoyo a la Policía Nacional.
Del mismo modo, se ha acordado que la reunión del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana (CONASEC), prevista para el 28 del presente mes, se lleve a cabo en Palacio de Gobierno este martes 18 a las 10 a.m.
Finalmente, se ha previsto decretar una reforma integral del sistema penitenciario. En la lucha contra el crimen organizado, todos los peruanos debemos de mantenernos unidos, superando todas nuestras diferencias sean de cualquier índole.

Following a meeting held at the Government Palace, it has been decided that a state of emergency will be declared in the coming hours throughout the province of Lima and the Constitutional Province of Callao, with the deployment of troops from our Armed Forces in support of the National Police.
