Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (Mincetur) informa a exportadores, importadores y operadores de comercio exterior que, mediante la Resolución Ministerial N° 054-2025-MINCETUR, publicada en el Diario Oficial El Peruano, se realizaron actualizaciones a los trámites que se realizan en la Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior.
En esa línea, se incorporó el procedimiento realizado por la Superintendencia Nacional de Control de Servicios de Seguridad, Armas Municiones y Explosivos de Uso Civil – SUCAMEC, para la “Modificación de Comercialización de Productos Pirotécnicos o Materiales Relacionados – En caso se requiera modificar la relación de productos pirotécnicos autorizados a comercializar”, el cual se encuentra en el Componente de Mercancías Restringidas y es realizado por las personas naturales o jurídicas que requieran realizar la modificación de la relación de los productos autorizados.
La VUCE es una herramienta de facilitación de comercio exterior que permite, de manera centralizada, gestionar electrónicamente diversos procedimientos ante las entidades públicas competentes, a fin de obtener las autorizaciones para el ingreso y salida en el país de las mercancías y naves de transporte marítimo internacional.
Asimismo, se actualizaron cuatro procedimientos de la Superintendencia Nacional de Control de Servicios de Seguridad, Armas, Municiones y Explosivos de Uso Civil (SUCAMEC), incluyendo la Autorización de Fabricación de Productos Pirotécnicos o Materiales Relacionados, la Autorización de Fabricación de Productos Pirotécnicos o Materiales Relacionados por Ampliación de Línea de Productos, la Autorización de Almacenamiento de Productos Pirotécnicos y Materiales Relacionados y la Autorización de Comercialización de Productos Pirotécnicos o Materiales Relacionados.
Por otro lado, se eliminó el trámite “Autorización para el funcionamiento de fábrica o taller de productos pirotécnicos de uso recreativo – por dos años (en función de la autorización de instalación)”, en línea con la actualización normativa del sector.
De esta forma, la VUCE suma 359 procedimientos digitalizados en la plataforma, de 21 entidades públicas y 21 entidades privadas, lo cual le permite seguir consolidándose como una de las herramientas clave del Estado peruano.

A la fecha, la Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior (VUCE) ha procesado más de 7.4 millones de trámites administrativos. Este volumen de operaciones ha generado ahorros significativos en recursos, estimados en más de S/ 1,490 millones. Asimismo, la VUCE ha contribuido a la recaudación de más de S/ 1,600 millones por concepto de tasas administrativas.

Mincetur incorporates new updates to the procedures at the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE).

Along these lines, the procedure implemented by the National Superintendency for the Control of Security Services, Weapons, Ammunition, and Explosives for Civil Use (SUCAMEC) for the “Modification of the Commercialization of Pyrotechnic Products or Related Materials – In the event that a modification to the list of pyrotechnic products authorized for commercialization is required” was incorporated. This procedure is found in the Restricted Goods Component and is carried out by natural or legal persons who require a modification to the list of authorized products.
The VUCE (VuCe) is a foreign trade facilitation tool that allows, in a centralized manner, the electronic management of various procedures before the competent public entities in order to obtain authorizations for the entry and exit of merchandise and vessels for international maritime transport into the country.
Likewise, four procedures of the National Superintendency for the Control of Security Services, Weapons, Ammunition, and Explosives for Civil Use (SUCAMEC) were updated, including the Authorization for the Manufacturing of Pyrotechnic Products or Related Materials, the Authorization for the Manufacturing of Pyrotechnic Products or Related Materials for Product Line Expansion, the Authorization for the Storage of Pyrotechnic Products and Related Materials, and the Authorization for the Marketing of Pyrotechnic Products or Related Materials.
Furthermore, the procedure “Authorization for the Operation of a Factory or Workshop for Recreational Use – for Two Years (Depending on the Installation Authorization)” was eliminated, in line with the regulatory update for the sector.
Thus, the VUCE has now digitized 359 procedures on the platform, from 21 public and 21 private entities, allowing it to continue consolidating its position as one of the key tools of the Peruvian State.

To date, the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE) has processed more than 7.4 million administrative procedures. This volume of operations has generated significant savings in resources, estimated at more than S/ 1.49 billion. Furthermore, the VUCE has contributed to the collection of more than S/ 1.6 billion in administrative fees.
