Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe La Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) aprobó su Programa de Integridad 2025 mediante la Resolución Ministerial N.º 055-2025-PCM, con el objetivo de reforzar la lucha contra la corrupción en su ámbito de acción y promover una cultura de transparencia y ética en la gestión del Estado.

Se trata de un programa mediante el cual la PCM establece una planificación de trabajo para desarrollar del 1 de marzo al 31 de diciembre del 2025, a fin de avanzar en la implementación del Modelo de Integridad Pública, aprobado por el Decreto Supremo N.º 148-2024-PCM, que busca fortalecer la capacidad de las entidades públicas para identificar y mitigar riesgos de corrupción.

El premier Gustavo Adrianzén destacó la importancia de fortalecer la integridad en los organismos públicos a fin de brindar mejores servicios a la población. “Cada entidad pública debe contar con su Programa de Integridad, el cual constituye un paso fundamental para garantizar una gestión más ética, transparente y eficiente que mejora la calidad de los servicios que llevamos a todos los peruanos”, aseguró el titular de la PCM.

Entre las principales acciones contempladas en el Programa de Integridad de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros destacan la identificación y gestión de riesgos de corrupción en la institución; capacitaciones y formación en ética pública para funcionarios y servidores; monitoreo y seguimiento mediante reportes trimestrales a la Secretaría de Integridad Pública de la PCM; promoción de denuncias y protección a denunciantes para garantizar la transparencia.

La implementación de estas medidas se enmarca en la Política Nacional de Integridad y Lucha Contra la Corrupción y estará a cargo de las distintas unidades de la PCM, con evaluaciones periódicas para garantizar su cumplimiento. Con esta iniciativa, el Ejecutivo reafirma su compromiso con la integridad pública y la lucha anticorrupción.

This is a program through which the PCM establishes a work plan to be developed from March 1 to December 31, 2025, to advance the implementation of the Public Integrity Model, approved by Supreme Decree No. 148-2024-PCM, which seeks to strengthen the capacity of public entities to identify and mitigate corruption risks.

Prime Minister Gustavo Adrianzén highlighted the importance of strengthening integrity in public agencies in order to provide better services to the population. “Every public entity must have its own Integrity Program, which constitutes a fundamental step to guarantee more ethical, transparent, and efficient management that improves the quality of the services we provide to all Peruvians,” stated the head of the PCM.

Among the main actions contemplated in the Integrity Program of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers are the identification and management of corruption risks within the institution; training and education in public ethics for officials and civil servants; monitoring and follow-up through quarterly reports to the Secretariat of Public Integrity of the PCM; and the promotion of complaints and protection of whistleblowers to ensure transparency.

The implementation of these measures is part of the National Policy on Integrity and the Fight against Corruption and will be the responsibility of the various units of the PCM, with periodic evaluations to ensure compliance. With this initiative, the Executive Branch reaffirms its commitment to public integrity and the fight against corruption.
