“Con esta rúbrica, estamos reafirmando el compromiso con la protección, capacitación y dignificación del trabajo de los serenos. Además, permitirá profesionalizar esta labor y convertir al serenazgo en un aliado fuerte, cercano y eficaz de la Policía Nacional”, afirmó al liderar una sesión más del Cuarto de Guerra, donde también pidió al ministro de Justicia poner mano dura en las cárceles para acabar con las extorsiones desde los centros penitenciarios.

Durante la rúbrica, la jefa de Estado estuvo acompañada por varios alcaldes, a quienes felicitó por su decisión y convicción de sumarse a este Cuarto de Guerra, como muestra clara de unidad en la defensa de los peruanos frente al terrorismo urbano.

“Trabajando en equipo junto a los poderes del Estado, les estamos brindando mejores herramientas para que los serenos, pieza importante en esta lucha contra la delincuencia, cumplan su labor con eficacia. Juntos, estamos fortaleciendo la respuesta contra la criminalidad en todos los frentes del Estado”, manifestó.

De otro lado, pidió al ministro de Justicia, Eduardo Arana, intensificar los operativos en los penales, y aseguró que será ella misma quien revise personalmente cada acción de control en los centros penitenciarios.

“Quienes eligen vivir fuera de la ley, sentirán todo el peso del estado y de la justicia. Porque no hay paz sin orden, y no hay libertad sin seguridad y reitero: los que matan, los que secuestran y extorsionan tendrán el rigor de pasar décadas en Challapalca”, enfatizó.

Por su parte, el General Oscar Arriola Delgado, jefe de Estado Mayor de la PNP, informó a la presidenta Dina Boluarte que en horas de la madrugada la policía allanó una vivienda de tres pisos, en San Martín de Porres, en el que se decomisó 10 000 artefactos explosivos e insumos para elaborar cartuchos de dinamita que serían distribuidos a extorsionadores que operan en el cono norte de Lima.

Seguidamente, la mandataria dio a conocer las acciones logradas en las últimas 24 horas. “Se ha movilizado 3836 efectivos en Lima y Callao, realizando 583 operativos, que han permitido la detención de 315 personas, de las cuales 286 son peruanos y 29 extranjeros. Además, se ha intervenido a 41 personas con requisitorias”, precisó.

Asimismo, informó que, como parte de su apoyo durante el estado de emergencia, las Fuerzas Armadas llevaron a cabo 383 patrullajes, con la participación de 4470 efectivos.

Finalmente, la mandataria destacó la importancia de los Cuartos de Guerra que el Gobierno realiza a diario, dado que en estos espacios se evalúan, coordinan y ejecutan acciones concretas para enfrentar la criminalidad en todo el país.

“Estas sesiones no son simples reuniones, son espacios de trabajo intensivo, donde cada autoridad rinde cuentas al pueblo peruano. Aquí informamos, con total transparencia, las capturas que realizamos cada día, las bandas criminales que desarticulamos, y las decisiones firmes que tomamos para devolverle la tranquilidad a nuestras calles”, remarcó.

She also asked the Minister of Justice, Eduardo Arana, to intensify operations in prisons and assured that she will personally review each control action in the penitentiary centers.

“Those who choose to live outside the law will feel the full weight of the state and justice. Because there is no peace without order, and there is no freedom without security. And I reiterate: those who kill, kidnap, and extort will face the rigor of spending decades in Challapalca,” she emphasized.

For his part, General Oscar Arriola Delgado, Chief of Staff of the PNP, informed President Dina Boluarte that in the early hours of the morning, police raided a three-story house in San Martín de Porres, where they seized 10,000 explosive devices and supplies for making dynamite cartridges that would be distributed to extortionists operating in the northern cone of Lima.

The president then announced the actions carried out in the last 24 hours. “3,836 troops have been mobilized in Lima and Callao, carrying out 583 operations, resulting in the arrest of 315 people, of whom 286 are Peruvians and 29 are foreigners. In addition, 41 people with warrants have been arrested,” she stated.
