Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe La Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), a través de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, realizará el próximo 10 de julio el Segundo Simulacro Internacional de Ataques Cibernéticos 2025, iniciativa orientada a fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta de las entidades públicas y privadas frente a incidentes de seguridad digital, mediante un entorno de simulación técnica, realista y controlada.

El simulacro, de participación gratuita, permitirá a los equipos participantes poner a prueba sus mecanismos de detección, análisis, contención y recuperación frente a ciberamenazas, en un ejercicio que evaluará sus protocolos de acción y tiempos de reacción. Asimismo, brindará una valiosa oportunidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y fomentar una cultura de ciberresiliencia en el país.

Para ello, el equipo técnico del Centro Nacional de Seguridad Digital, plataforma a cargo de la PCM, desarrolla un entorno de simulación especializado, diseñado para recrear escenarios de amenazas cibernéticas reales, con el objetivo de elevar el nivel de preparación nacional e internacional, y fortalecer la articulación interinstitucional.

CAPACITACIÓN PREVIA AL SIMULACRO
Como parte de la fase preparatoria, se ha programado un ciclo de seminarios web (webinars) para el fortalecimiento de las capacidades en seguridad digital de los equipos técnicos de las entidades participantes.

Durante las sesiones se abordarán temas como la gestión de incidentes de seguridad, el rol del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad de la Información (SGSI) en la prevención de amenazas, los planes de respuesta y recuperación ante incidentes, la detección y el monitoreo proactivo, así como la inteligencia en ciberseguridad, entre otros.

Los responsables de seguridad digital de las entidades públicas y privadas pueden inscribirse hasta el 26 de junio en www.gob.pe/simac2025, donde también encontrarán información detallada sobre el ciclo de capacitaciones gratuitas.

The simulation, which is free to participate, will allow participating teams to test their detection, analysis, containment, and recovery mechanisms against cyberthreats in an exercise that will evaluate their action protocols and reaction times. It will also provide a valuable opportunity to identify opportunities for improvement and foster a culture of cyber resilience in the country.

To this end, the technical team at the National Digital Security Center, a platform managed by the PCM, is developing a specialized simulation environment designed to recreate real cyber threat scenarios, with the goal of raising national and international preparedness and strengthening inter-institutional coordination.

PRE-DRILL TRAINING
As part of the preparatory phase, a series of webinars has been scheduled to strengthen the digital security capabilities of the technical teams of participating entities.

The sessions will cover topics such as security incident management, the role of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in threat prevention, incident response and recovery plans, proactive detection and monitoring, and cybersecurity intelligence, among others.
