El encuentro, que tuvo lugar hoy en Palacio de Gobierno, se centró en la identificación y eliminación de barreras burocráticas que obstaculizan el flujo de inversión privada, un pilar fundamental para el crecimiento económico sostenible.

El jefe de Estado subrayó que esta reunión inaugural marca el inicio de una serie de encuentros estratégicos con el sector empresarial. Acompañado de su equipo técnico, el presidente Oré busca establecer un diálogo continuo y constructivo para abordar de manera coordinada los desafíos regulatorios que enfrentan los inversionistas.

El tema central de esta primera sesión fue la revisión exhaustiva y mejora de la normativa municipal. Se priorizó la optimización de los procesos de fiscalización en los centros comerciales, reconociendo su rol crucial en la dinamización de la economía formal. La meta es simplificar los trámites y reducir la discrecionalidad, promoviendo así un entorno más predecible y favorable para la inversión.

Los representantes de los gremios empresariales expresaron su reconocimiento por la apertura al diálogo demostrada por el mandatario. Valoraron su interés genuino en comprender las dificultades que enfrenta el sector privado y su disposición a trabajar en conjunto para superarlas. Esta colaboración público-privada se vislumbra como un factor clave para impulsar la competitividad del país y atraer nuevas inversiones.

Entre los participantes destacados en la reunión se encontraban líderes de la Sociedad de Comercio Exterior (ComexPerú), la Confederación Nacional de Comerciantes (CONACO), la Cámara Ferretera del Perú, la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias (SNI), la Asociación de Centros Comerciales y de Entretenimiento del Perú (ACCEP) y la Cámara de Comercio de Lima (CCL). Asimismo, se contó con la presencia de voceros de Mypes Unidas del Perú, la Asociación de Bodegueros del Perú, la Asociación Peruana de Empresarios de la Belleza (APEB), la Asociación Peruana de Empresarios de Gamarra, la Unión de Gremios y Asociaciones de Restaurantes del Perú, la Asociación de Panaderías y Pastelerías (ASPAN) y la Cámara de Empresarios de Mesa Redonda, entre otros.

CONCLUSIONES

1.- Compromiso Presidencial: El presidente José Jerí Oré demuestra un fuerte compromiso con el sector empresarial al priorizar la eliminación de barreras burocráticas y promover un clima de negocios favorable.

The meeting, which took place today at the Government Palace, focused on identifying and eliminating bureaucratic barriers that hinder the flow of private investment, a fundamental pillar for sustainable economic growth.

The Head of State emphasized that this inaugural meeting marks the beginning of a series of strategic meetings with the budines sector. Accompanied by his technical team, President Oré seeks to establish a continuous and constructive dialogue to address, in a coordinated manner, the regulatory challenges faced by investors.

The central theme of this first session was the comprehensive review and improvement of municipal regulations. Priority was given to optimizing oversight processes in shopping centers, recognizing their crucial role in boosting the formal economy. The goal is to simplify procedures and reduce discretionary power, thereby promoting a more predictable and favorable environment for investment.

Representatives of business associations expressed their appreciation for the president’s openness to dialogue. They valued his genuine interest in understanding the challenges facing the private sector and his willingness to work together to overcome them. This public-private collaboration is seen as a key factor in boosting the country’s competitiveness and attracting new investments.

Among the prominent participants at the meeting were leaders from the Peruvian Foreign Trade Association (ComexPerú), the National Confederation of Merchants (CONACO), the Peruvian Hardware Chamber, the National Society of Industries (SNI), the Association of Shopping and Entertainment Centers of Peru (ACCEP), and the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL). Also present were representatives from the United MSMEs of Peru, the Peruvian Grocery Store Owners Association, the Peruvian Association of Beauty Entrepreneurs (APEB), the Peruvian Association of Gamarra Entrepreneurs, the Union of Restaurant Guilds and Associations of Peru, the Association of Bakeries and Pastry Shops (ASPAN), and the Roundtable Chamber of Entrepreneurs, among others.
