Este logro subraya la relevancia de AeroDirecto como una solución de transporte público eficiente, económica y de vanguardia, que facilita el acceso al principal terminal aéreo del país, interconectando diversos distritos de Lima a través de una flota moderna de 50 autobuses.

UN MODELO DE GESTIÓN QUE IMPULSA LA MODERNIZACIÓN

“Hemos establecido las bases para que los operadores accedan a rutas formales y operen en condiciones óptimas mediante la asignación de títulos habilitantes. Gracias a estos títulos, varios operadores de AeroDirecto han podido invertir en la adquisición de una flota moderna”, declaró David Hernández, presidente ejecutivo de la Autoridad de Transporte Urbano para Lima y Callao (ATU).

Este enfoque estratégico ha permitido que diversas empresas de transporte obtengan la renovación de sus rutas por un período de cinco años, con la posibilidad de extenderlo hasta 13 años mediante la renovación de su flota con unidades a GNV, y hasta 19 años mediante la adopción de tecnologías híbridas o eléctricas. Esta iniciativa impulsa la creación de un sistema de transporte más moderno, sostenible y orientado a la mejora continua de la experiencia del usuario.

Las unidades de AeroDirecto ofrecen múltiples opciones de pago, incluyendo billeteras digitales y efectivo, brindando flexibilidad y comodidad a los pasajeros. This achievement underscores the relevance of AeroDirecto as an efficient, economical, and cutting-edge public transportation solution that facilitates access to the country’s main air terminal, interconnecting various districts of Lima through a modern fleet of 50 buses.

A MANAGEMENT MODEL THAT DRIVES MODERNIZATION

“We have established the framework for operators to access formal routes and operate under optimal conditions by issuing operating permits. Thanks to these permits, several AeroDirecto operators have been able to invest in acquiring a modern fleet,” stated David Hernández, Executive President of the Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU).

This strategic approach has allowed various transport companies to obtain route renewals for a period of five years, with the possibility of extending them up to 13 years by renewing their fleet with CNG-powered vehicles, and up to 19 years by adopting hybrid or electric technologies. This initiative promotes the creation of a more modern and sustainable transport system focused on the continuous improvement of the user experience.
