El objetivo fundamental: diseñar soluciones disruptivas que redefinan los servicios que el Estado brinda a la población peruana.

El encuentro se consolidó como un foro colaborativo de primer nivel que permitió conformar una agenda estratégica cohesionada, desde la cual surgieron propuestas de proyectos que serán depuradas y consolidadas en un documento de trabajo conjunto. Este insumo esencial servirá como pilar para la elaboración del plan preliminar de iniciativas de IA en el sector público, alineado estrictamente con los ejes transversales de la Política Nacional de Transformación Digital al 2030.

Entre las propuestas más destacadas —que prometen generar un impacto transformador— se encuentran soluciones orientadas a: fortalecer la atención ciudadana con enfoque humano-tecnológico, optimizar procesos internos al eliminar trabas burocráticas y potenciar la gestión pública mediante herramientas de IA que aumenten la eficiencia y la transparencia.

Entre los proyectos más ambiciosos se plantea el desarrollo de asistentes virtuales inteligentes y multilingües que guíen a los usuarios en todo el ecosistema de servicios digitales del Estado; sistemas avanzados de análisis normativo con capacidades de redacción automatizada, optimización de respuestas y lectura inteligente de contenido multimedia; así como la automatización del análisis de imágenes satelitales en tiempo real para predecir zonas de deforestación y emitir alertas tempranas que fortalezcan la gestión forestal y la protección de la fauna silvestre.

Para garantizar el éxito de estas iniciativas, la SGTD asumirá el rol de colaborador técnico estratégico, brindando asistencia y acompañamiento continuo en todo el ciclo de desarrollo. En esta línea, se resaltó la importancia crucial de que los equipos involucrados socialicen las propuestas en sus respectivas instituciones, con el fin de integrar información de primera mano que permita diseñar soluciones más precisas, aplicables y alineadas con las necesidades reales del Estado y la ciudadanía.

El espacio reunió a líderes y equipos técnicos de ministerios, entidades adscritas y organismos autónomos, conformando un equipo multidisciplinario que trabajó en sinergia para identificar soluciones innovadoras que trasciendan los marcos tradicionales de la gestión pública.

Finalmente, la PCM reafirmó su compromiso inquebrantable de promover el uso responsable, ético y estratégico de la IA y tecnologías emergentes, con una visión prospectiva y un enfoque centrado en las personas. Este esfuerzo busca consolidar la transformación digital del Estado y ofrecer servicios más accesibles, oportunos y de mayor valor público para todos los peruanos.

1.- El taller representa un hito en la modernización del Estado: Al convocar a actores clave y centrarse en tecnologías disruptivas, la PCM y la SGTD demuestran un enfoque proactivo para redefinir la relación entre el Estado y la ciudadanía.

The fundamental objective: to design disruptive solutions that redefine the services that the State provides to the Peruvian population.

The meeting solidified its position as a top-tier collaborative forum, enabling the development of a cohesive strategic agenda. From this agenda emerged project proposals that will be refined and consolidated into a joint working document. This essential input will serve as the foundation for developing the preliminary plan of AI initiatives in the public sector, strictly aligned with the cross-cutting themes of the National Digital Transformation Policy to 2030.

Among the most noteworthy proposals—which promise to generate a transformative impact—are solutions aimed at: strengthening citizen services with a human-technology approach, optimizing internal processes by eliminating bureaucratic obstacles, and enhancing public administration through AI tools that increase efficiency and transparency.

Among the most ambitious projects are the development of intelligent, multilingual virtual assistants to guide users throughout the State’s digital services ecosystem; advanced regulatory analysis systems with automated drafting capabilities, response optimization, and intelligent multimedia content reading; and the automation of real-time satellite image analysis to predict deforestation areas and issue early warnings to strengthen forest management and wildlife protection.

To ensure the success of these initiatives, the SGTD will assume the role of strategic technical partner, providing ongoing assistance and support throughout the development cycle. In this regard, the crucial importance of the teams involved sharing their proposals within their respective institutions was emphasized, in order to integrate firsthand information that will allow for the design of more precise, applicable solutions aligned with the real needs of the State and its citizens.

The event brought together leaders and technical teams from ministries, affiliated entities, and autonomous agencies, forming a multidisciplinary team that worked synergistically to identify innovative solutions that transcend traditional public management frameworks.

Finally, the PCM reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to promoting the responsible, ethical, and strategic use of AI and emerging technologies, with a forward-looking vision and a people-centered approach. This effort seeks to consolidate the digital transformation of the State and offer more accessible, timely, and higher-value public services for all Peruvians.
