En el encuentro participaron el Ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Víctor Maita, así como la Confederación Nacional Agraria y de la Convención Nacional del Agro Peruano, asociaciones nacionales de productores ecológicos, de algodón, de carne bovina, de cacao, de arroz, la Asociación de Ganaderos Lecheros del Perú y de la Federación Agraria Revolucionaria Túpac Amaru del Cusco.
El jefe de Estado sostuvo que con el diálogo permanente se podrán abordar y sacar adelante distintas problemáticas del sector, en ese contexto anotó que hay muchas organizaciones y personas que exigen al Ejecutivo soluciones en menos de 40 o 50 días, cuando el país tiene problemas de años anteriores que no se solucionaron.
“Hay algunas personas que exigen soluciones en menos de 40 o 50 días, cuando todos los peruanos saben que las cosas y problemas no se han hecho, ni solucionado en años, pero el pueblo es inteligente y sabio para darse cuenta y diferenciar que somos el gobierno del pueblo”, remarcó el mandatario ante los dirigentes.
Finalmente, el mandatario consideró que su Gobierno trabajará la forma de viabilizar a través del Ministerio de Educación la compra de productos de los agricultores para integrarlos al programa “Qali Warma”.
