“Estamos impulsando, de manera intensiva, la vacunación contra la COVID-19 en los niños y niñas de 5 a 11 años, porque el retorno a las clases presenciales será, de todas maneras, el 28 de marzo”, indicó el titular de la PCM, quien brindó conferencia de prensa tras la sesión del Consejo de Ministros.

En esa línea, el ministro de Educación, Rosendo Serna, informó que la contratación de docentes tiene un avance cercano al 75% y se proyecta llegar al 100% la próxima semana. Asimismo, explicó que a la fecha se ha trasladado a las regiones el 86% de los materiales educativos, a fin de que las UGEL los distribuyan a las instituciones educativas.

SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA
El ministro del Interior, Alfonso Chávarry, señaló que en la sesión del Consejo se solicitó al titular de Defensa, José Gavidia, el incremento de militares, a fin de que se sumen a los miembros de la Policía Nacional del Perú en el patrullaje a pie de las calles de Lima.

“El estado de emergencia es parte de la solución, por ello es transitorio. Nuestro objetivo es atacar el meollo del problema de la inseguridad ciudadana, que es la criminalidad y la delincuencia. Para ello estamos empleando la inteligencia, el patrullaje y la participación conjunta de policías, fuerzas armadas, serenazgo y juntas vecinales”, explicó.

PAGO GRADUAL DE CTS A MAESTROS HASTA LLEGAR AL 100%
El titular de Economía y Finanzas, Óscar Graham, señaló que desde el Ejecutivo se propondrá incrementar, de manera gradual, el abono de la CTS a los maestros, el cual es del 14% de la remuneración mensual.

“Estamos proponiendo, a la autógrafa 129 del Congreso, que el incremento se realice de manera gradual. Este año comenzaríamos con un ajuste del 50%, el 2023 ascendería al 70%, y el 2024 llegaría al 100%. De esta manera buscamos reconocer el justo reclamo de los docentes, pero siendo responsables con la disponibilidad de los recursos públicos.

AFOROS Y DERRAME DE PETRÓLEO
Asimismo, se informó que el próximo viernes se darán a conocer los resultados de la investigación en materia de los aforos, a fin de determinar la flexibilización de medidas restrictivas por COVID-19.

Sobre el derrame de petróleo ocasionado por la empresa Repsol, el Ejecutivo señaló que equipos técnicos de PRODUCE, MIDIS y MEF trabajan arduamente para elaborar padrón de personas afectadas, el cual permitirá la distribución de un bono focalizado.

“The state of emergency is part of the solution, which is why it is temporary. Our goal is to attack the heart of the problem of citizen insecurity, which is criminality and delinquency. For this we are using intelligence, patrolling and joint participation of police, armed forces, serenazgo and neighborhood councils,” he explained.

GRADUAL PAYMENT OF CTS TO TEACHERS UNTIL REACHING 100%
The head of Economy and Finance, Óscar Graham, pointed out that the Executive will propose to gradually increase the payment of the CTS to teachers, which is 14% of the monthly salary.

“We are proposing, to the autograph 129 of Congress, that the increase be carried out gradually. This year we would start with an adjustment of 50%, in 2023 it would rise to 70%, and in 2024 it would reach 100%. In this way we seek to recognize the fair claim of teachers, but being responsible with the availability of public resources.

CAPACITIES AND OIL SPILL
Likewise, it was reported that next Friday the results of the investigation regarding capacity will be announced, in order to determine the relaxation of restrictive measures by COVID-19.

Regarding the oil spill caused by the Repsol company, the Executive pointed out that technical teams from PRODUCE, MIDIS and MEF are working hard to prepare a list of affected people, which will allow the distribution of a targeted bonus.
