La norma, que lleva la firma del jefe de Estado, se publicó en el diario oficial El Peruano y tiene como objetivo mitigar los efectos económicos causados por la pandemia de la Covid 19.

El Poder Ejecutivo deberá dictar las disposiciones reglamentarias en un plazo máximo de diez días calendario.

Cabe precisar que solo aquellos trabajadores que se encuentran en el sistema formal podrán hacer el retiro del 100% de la CTS; ya que los demás empleados informales no cuentan con este beneficio.

Entre los beneficiarios directos se encuentran los trabajadores del régimen privado que laboran en promedio una jornada mínima diaria de cuatro horas. También los de la pequeña empresa, los/as trabajadores/as del hogar, del régimen agrario, etc.

The rule, which bears the signature of the head of state, was published in the official newspaper El Peruano and aims to mitigate the economic effects caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.

The Executive Branch must issue the regulatory provisions within a maximum period of ten calendar days.

It should be noted that only those workers who are in the formal system will be able to withdraw 100% of the CTS; since the other informal employees do not have this benefit.

Among the direct beneficiaries are the workers of the private regime who work an average of a minimum daily shift of four hours. Also those of the small company, the domestic workers, the agrarian regime, etc.
