El objetivo de esta actividad es implementar medidas para mejorar el servicio de transporte en el país.
El viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial, Jesús Quispe Arones, refirió que durante esta cita se implementarán diferentes mesas para abordar temáticas que servirán de insumo para desarrollar una política integral de transporte a nivel nacional.
Además, reafirmó el compromiso de este Gobierno para mejorar el acceso a los servicios de transporte en el ámbito urbano e interurbano en todo el Perú. Agregó que ello solo será posible si se optimizan las condiciones de la infraestructura y de los vehículos, promoviendo la formalización de todos los actores del transporte.
La actividad tiene lugar hasta hoy en el local de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, en la ciudad de Tarapoto, y fue inaugurada por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones.
Intervienen también los representantes de la macrorregión nororiental, que comprende los departamentos de San Martín, Amazonas, Loreto y Ucayali.

Deputy Minister of Territorial Governance of the PCM participated in a meeting to develop a comprehensive transport policy at the national level.

The objective of this activity is to implement measures to improve the transport service in the country.
The Deputy Minister of Territorial Governance, Jesús Quispe Arones, said that during this meeting different tables will be implemented to address issues that will serve as input to develop a comprehensive transport policy at the national level.
In addition, he reaffirmed the commitment of this Government to improve access to transport services in the urban and interurban areas throughout Peru. He added that this will only be possible if the conditions of infrastructure and vehicles are optimized, promoting the formalization of all transport actors.
The activity takes place until today at the premises of the National University of San Martín, in the city of Tarapoto, and was inaugurated by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
The representatives of the northeastern macro-region, which includes the departments of San Martín, Amazonas, Loreto and Ucayali, also took part.
