Jefe de Estado Pedro Castillo participó de demostración de maniobras tácticas "Operativo Fortaleza 2022" de las FF.AA. en Piura.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo Terrones, participó hoy de la demostración de las maniobras tácticas “Operativo Fortaleza 2022”, que contó con más de 1,500 efectivos militares del Comando Operacional del Norte (CON) – Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas en Pampas de Cóngora, provincia de Paita, región Piura.

Destacó el trabajo y acciones tácticas realizadas durante el desarrollo de la actividad. Asimismo, señaló que detrás de cada soldado, existe entrega y amor a la Patria. “¡Cuánta inteligencia! ¡Cuánta entrega! ¡Cuánto amor a la Patria y cuánta unidad hemos visto el día de hoy en esta operación!”, remarcó.

El jefe de Estado pudo observar el desarrollo de las etapas de alistamiento, mantenimiento y entrenamiento de la fuerza terrestre, naval y aérea, que permitirán según dijo fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta de las Fuerzas Armadas para un adecuado resguardo de la soberanía y territorialidad del país.

“Pregunté por qué el operativo se llama Fortaleza y la respuesta fue inmediata: porque queremos ver a las Fuerzas Armadas y al país fortalecido. Corresponde al Gobierno hacer un esfuerzo para que el equipo, la logística y el presupuesto que se destinen, estén a la altura del esfuerzo que hacen nuestros soldados”, señaló.

Este entrenamiento militar se vuelve a realizar en la zona norte del país, tras dos años de pandemia de la COVID-19. La actividad tuvo una duración de aproximadamente 3 horas.

Acompañaron al mandatario el ministro de Defensa, Daniel Barragán Coloma; el jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, Manuel Gómez de la Torre; el comandante general del Ejército, Walter Córdova Alemán; el comandante general de la FAP, Javier Artadi Saletti; y el comandante del Comando Operacional Marítimo (COMA), Luis Polar Figari.

Posteriormente al evento, el jefe de Estado, Pedro Castillo Terrones, inspeccionó el campamento militar de la Brigada de Servicios del CON de la región Piura, a fin de conocer in situ la situación en la que se preparan y prestan servicios a la Nación.

El Comando Operacional del Norte ( CON) se encarga de resguardar la frontera norte del país y cumple con realizar acciones de gestión de riesgo de desastres.

This military training is being carried out again in the northern part of the country, after two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. The activity lasted approximately 3 hours.

The president was accompanied by the Minister of Defense, Daniel Barragán Coloma; the head of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, Manuel Gómez de la Torre; the Commander General of the Army, Walter Córdova Alemán; the general commander of the FAP, Javier Artadi Saletti; and the commander of the Maritime Operational Command (COMA), Luis Polar Figari.
