Según el dossier resolutivo publicado en el cuadernillo de normas oficiales del Diario Oficial El Peruano, la misma invoca, que, se encuentra vacante el cargo de Asesor II del Despacho de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros.
Que, en ese sentido, resulta necesario designar al/a la servidor/a que desempeñará el citado cargo.
Por lo que de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley Nº 29158, Ley Orgánica del Poder Ejecutivo; la Ley Nº 27594, Ley que regula la participación del Poder Ejecutivo en el nombramiento y designación de funcionarios públicos; y, el Texto Integrado del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, aprobado por Resolución Ministerial N° 156-2021-PCM.
Se resuelve, en artículo único, designar al señor Aníbal Torres Vásquez, en el cargo de Asesor II del Despacho de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros.
Refrendado dicho acto resolutivo del gobierno central por la actual premier peruana, Betssy Chávez Chino.

According to the resolution dossier published in the official standards booklet of the Official Gazette El Peruano, it invokes that the position of Advisor II of the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers is vacant.
That, in this sense, it is necessary to designate the server who will carry out the aforementioned position.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29158, Organic Law of the Executive Branch; Law No. 27594, Law that regulates the participation of the Executive Branch in the appointment and designation of public officials; and, the Integrated Text of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 156-2021-PCM.
It is resolved, in a single article, to designate Mr. Aníbal Torres Vásquez, in the position of Adviser II of the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Said resolutive act of the central government was endorsed by the current Peruvian premier, Betssy Chávez Chino.
