Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El presidente del Poder Judicial, Javier Arévalo Vela, demandó eficiencia y celeridad en su trabajo a las juezas y jueces provisionales, que juramentaron esta mañana en su cargo tras ser integrados a la Corte Suprema, máxima instancia de la institución judicial.

“Todas las juezas y jueces (juramentantes) han sido convocados en base a especialidad, currículum y méritos. Les pido que sean eficientes en su trabajo, no hagan resoluciones kilométricas; queremos resoluciones concretas y que se voten con celeridad”, les instó Arévalo Vela.

En la actividad desarrollada esta mañana en el Salón de Juramentos del Palacio de Justicia asistieron jueces y juezas supremos/as titulares.

Precisamente, la autoridad judicial pidió a los presidentes/as de las salas supremas informar sobre la producción de los magistrados que se incorporan para, en caso estos no cumplan con lo requerido, se disponga lo conveniente.

“Los presidentes (de las salas supremas) tienen la posibilidad de que si algún magistrado no cumpliera en su oportunidad con las ponencias, con el trabajo, informarlo. No me temblará la mano en regresar a su corte a aquel que no rinda. Todos están acá para trabajar. Por favor, celeridad”, expresó.

JUECES JURAMENTADOS
Los jueces supremos José Felipe De La Barra Barrera, María Leticia Niño Neyra y Lilly Del Rosario Llap Unchon de Lora se incorporaron a Sala Civil Permanente; en tanto que Pedro Cartolín Pastor y Víctor Corante Morales a la Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Permanente.

Asimismo, Omar Toledo Toribio y Edwin Ricardo Corrales Melgarejo a la Primera Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria; y Eduardo Raymundo Ricardo Yrivarren Fallaque a la Segunda Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria.

A su vez, Rufo Isaac Rubio Zevallos, Timoteo Cristoval De La Cruz, Javier Arturo Reyes Guerra y Cecilia Izaga Rodríguez a la Tercera Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria.

De igual modo, Marco Antonio Pérez Ramírez, Abraham Percy Torres Gamarra y Gino Ernesto Yangali Iparraguirre se integran a la Cuarta Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria.

En tanto que las magistradas Yenny Margot Delgado Aybar y Hilda Martina Tovar Buendía a la Quinta Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria; y Walter Ricardo Cotrina Miñano como juez supremo provisional itinerante.

“Todos tienen mi confianza sin excepción, todos tenemos la misma camiseta rojiblablanca. Con la gracia de Dios todo va a ser éxito”, les deseó finalmente el titular del Poder Judicial.
