Fue durante la inauguración de la Feria del Empleo realizada en la Plaza Manco Cápac en La Victoria, donde se ofrecieron 4000 puestos de trabajo, requeridos por 100 empresas.

Ante una masiva concurrencia de personas interesadas en las diversas ofertas laborales y en recibir la asesoría profesional de los especialistas del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), el ministro Adrianzén resaltó el apoyo recibido por las empresas participantes y la Municipalidad de La Victoria, cuyo alcalde, Rubén Cano, lo acompañó en la ceremonia, al igual que la representante de la Municipalidad de Lima, Elia Urmeneta.

“El Estado es un promotor del empleo, pero la empresa privada es la gestora directa que permite dar empleo a cientos de personas que tanto lo necesitan. A la par, el Ministerio de Trabajo, brinda al ciudadano servicios como la entrega del Certificado Único Laboral (CUL) de forma gratuita, orientación para la elaboración de un currículum vitae y las ofertas que existen en nuestra Bolsa de Empleo”, explicó Alfonso Adrianzén.

Entre las empresas que participaron figuran: Redondos, Domino´s Pizza, Plaza Vea, Tienda Mass, ¡Financiera Oh!, Cine Planet, Delibakery Perú, Oxxo, Sodexo Perú, VC Zoluciones, DS Consultores, San Martín Contratistas Generales, entre otros.

Uno de los beneficiados con esos servicios fue Esteban Agapito de la Cruz, quien se acercó al stand del Centro de Empleo del MTPE ubicado en la feria, quien contó que busca empleo como técnico electricista. “A veces uno no sabe cómo presentar sus documentos y aquí me han orientado cómo hacerlo, así como dónde buscar y dónde hay ofertas de trabajo”, declaró el joven.

Jean Pierre Gallardo, también salió contento porque le dieron las capacitaciones que necesitaba para enfrentar el mercado laboral, así como la obtención del CUL, lo cual le ha permitido ahorrar porque ese documento contiene los certificados de antecedentes judiciales, policiales, entre otros.

“Como ya realicé los pasos que me han indicado, ahora iré a buscar las ofertas laborales correspondientes a mi experiencia como auxiliar de almacén, de despacho o en un call center. Quiero aprovechar que estoy de vacaciones en la universidad para procurarme ingresos”, expresó. En ese sentido, recomendó a jóvenes y adultos que acudan a estas ferias laborales.

Por su parte, el alcalde de La Victoria resaltó que este tipo de ferias, por los puestos de trabajo que ofrece, brinda la oportunidad para la reactivación económica y la posibilidad de otorgar empleo digno a quienes más lo necesitan.

Finalmente, el ministro Adrianzén Ojeda, manifestó que su sector continuará con los esfuerzos para organizar las Ferias del Empleo en diversos distritos de Lima Metropolitana y provincias del interior del país.

MARATÓN DE EMPLEO
El MTPE también realizó la Maratón del Empleo en el Centro de Empleo de Villa El Salvador, donde se ofrecieron 500 empleos formales, requeridos por 10 empresas, a la población vulnerable de ese distrito.

Los representantes de las empresas participantes, como Tiendas Mass, Dinet Compañía de Servicios Logísticos, la Tinka, entre otros, destacaron la importancia de este tipo de ferias para acercar las oportunidades de empleo a jóvenes talentos y a la empresa para la captación de nuevos trabajadores

The MTPE also held the Employment Marathon at the Villa El Salvador Employment Center, where 500 formal jobs were offered, required by 10 companies, to the vulnerable population of that district.
