Esto evitará fugas y por ende sorpresas en la facturación de los recibos a fin de mes.
SI TE QUEDAS EN CASA TE RECOMENDAMOS:
Cerrar el caño mientras te enjabonas las manos.
Utilizar un vaso con agua para cepillarte los dientes.
Tomar duchas de no más de cinco minutos.
Reusar el agua del lavado de frutas y verduras para regar las plantas o el jardín.
No usar el agua de la manguera para limpiar pisos o lavar el carro.
Usar la lavadora con la carga completa, para no derrochar agua.
CANALES DE ATENCIÓN
Es importante recordarles a los usuarios que, si tienen problemas operativos con sus servicios de saneamiento, como la interrupción del servicio de agua potable, rotura de tuberías, aniegos de agua y/o desagüe, atoros, baja presión del agua, entre otros, pueden comunicarse, durante el jueves 6, viernes 7, sábado 8 y domingo 9 de abril, al WhatsApp 1 614 3180, de 8:30 a. m. a 12.30 p. m.
Además, el sábado 9 de abril los usuarios podrán acercarse a las oficinas de la Sunass en Lima, ubicadas en Magdalena, Villa el Salvador, Comas, San Juan de Lurigancho y Callao, así como llamar al Fono Sunass 614 31 80 de 8:30 a. m a 12:30 p. m.
