MESA DE TRABAJO
El Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) creó una mesa de trabajo con la Cámara de Comercio de Lima (CCL) con el fin de abordar y articular los planteamientos del gremio referidos a temas sociolaborales de interés general y alcance nacional. La Resolución Ministerial N° 167-2023-TR establece que el grupo denominado “Mesa de Trabajo entre la Cámara de Comercio de Lima – CCL y el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo” es de naturaleza temporal y tendrá un año para debatir diversos temas laborales bajo la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Nacional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (CNTPE).

Entre las funciones de la mesa de trabajo serán: elaborar un plan de actividades para el cumplimiento de sus objetivos, solicitar a las unidades orgánicas competentes la elaboración de informes técnicos que guarden vinculación con los temas abordados en la mesa de trabajo, entre otras.

En otro momento la titular de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, subrayó que siempre mantuvieron el compromiso de defender el libre mercado e impulsar un clima de negocios adecuado para la inversión.

También se conoce que el grupo estará integrado, en igualdad de condiciones, por cinco representantes del MTPE, encabezados por el viceministro de Trabajo, Juan Navarro; un representante de la Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalización Laboral (Sunafil), y seis representantes de la CCL.

NO OLVIDEMOS LA CORRUPCIÓN
Del mismo modo recordó que nunca dudaron en hablar alto y claro, solicitándoles a los poder del Estado que hicieran su trabajo, exigiendo en su oportunidad al ejecutivo del gobierno anterior de Pedro Castillo a que se dedicara a gobernar, denunciando los nombramientos poco idóneos en el gabinete y el sistemático copamiento de ,os ministerios y otras dependencias públicas.

De otro lado Rosa Bueno de Lercari, sostuvo que siempre instaron al Poder Judicial y a la Fiscalía, a investigar y denunciar la corrupción, tarea que hicieron, pero que desgraciadamente no encontraron eco en la mayoría del Congreso, puntualizó.
