El MVCS aprobó la Resolución Ministerial N° 175-2023-VIVIENDA, a través de la cual se oficializa la convocatoria para entregar la ayuda económica mensual de S/ 500, por un periodo máximo de dos años, a este grupo de personas del distrito de Pucalá, de la provincia de Chiclayo, declarado en Estado de Emergencia mediante el Decreto Supremo N° 034-2023-PCM.
La relación de los potenciales beneficiarios será publicada mañana en las páginas web del Ministerio de Vivienda, del Fondo MIVIVIENDA, así como en el local del municipio distrital de Pucalá y del Centro de Atención al Ciudadano (CAC) del MVCS, sede Lambayeque.
Una vez publicada la relación, las personas aptas tienen diez días hábiles para presentar la documentación requerida en el local de la comuna distrital, ubicado en la Av. Justo Irazábal s/n, distrito de Pucalá o en el Centro de Atención al Ciudadano del MVCS, ubicado en la calle Los Gladiolos N° 398, Urb. Los Parques, distrito y provincia de Chiclayo.
DOCUMENTACIÓN
Para acceder al subsidio, los postulantes deberán entregar la solicitud de otorgamiento del BAE; la declaración jurada de no contar con una vivienda distinta a la colapsada o inhabitable en Lambayeque; el contrato de arrendamiento, suscrito con el arrendador legalizado o, en su defecto, la declaración jurada de los suscribientes del contrato, indicando el impedimento económico para la legalización de firmas.

Una vez que el gobierno local remita al MVCS la solicitud de otorgamiento del BAE y se verifique que las viviendas a ser arrendadas no estén colapsadas o inhabitables, se enviará la lista final de beneficiarios al Fondo MIVIVIENDA en cinco días como máximo, la cual será difundida e indicará las fechas para el primer cobro, que se realizará en las oficinas del Banco de la Nación.
Las familias damnificadas que reciban el BAE podrán alquilar un espacio físico donde vivir, que sea seguro y cuente con servicios básicos.
El MVCS habilitó la línea gratuita (01) 211-7930 anexos 2708 y 2706; y el WhatsApp 914-570724 para brindar información sobre el bono de arrendamiento de emergencia.

To access the subsidy, applicants must submit the BAE grant application; the affidavit of not having a home other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one in Lambayeque; the lease, signed with the legalized landlord or, failing that, the affidavit of the signatories of the contract, indicating the economic impediment for the legalization of signatures.

Once the local government submits the BAE grant request to the MVCS and it is verified that the homes to be leased are not collapsed or uninhabitable, the final list of beneficiaries will be sent to the MIVIVIENDA Fund in a maximum of five days, which will be disseminated. and it will indicate the dates for the first collection, which will be made at the offices of Banco de la Nación.
The affected families that receive the BAE will be able to rent a physical space to live, that is safe and has basic services.
