Del total de ese monto, más de S/ 2.86 millones se invertirán en la construcción de más de 17 mil metros cuadrados (m2) de nuevas pistas, veredas y bermas en las calles del centro histórico del Rímac, donde además se implementarán áreas verdes y se plantarán 15 árboles ornamentales, en beneficio de 1248 habitantes.

En este distrito, también se ejecutarán trabajos de mejoramiento y ampliación de la transitabilidad vehicular y peatonal en la Av. Ramón Castilla, que comprende la construcción de 3067 m2 de pavimento; 1700 m2 de veredas y 12 muros de contención, entre otras labores, para mejorar la calidad de vida de 390 vecinos. La obra tendrá un costo de más de S/ 1.47 millones.

También se consideró un presupuesto de más de S/ 3.41 millones para construir 12014.16 m2 de pavimento; y 5721 m2 de veredas, rampas y sardineles, así como la generación de 822.83 m2 de áreas verdes en la Av. Manuel Schwartz, del distrito de Cieneguilla, para el bienestar de 355 pobladores.

En tanto, más de 5700 habitantes de la zona 7 del asentamiento humano Huaycán, en Ate, se beneficiarán con la construcción de 35 mil m2 de nuevas pistas y 21921 m2 de veredas y rampas, así como con la implementación de 12 mil m2 de áreas verdes, obra para la cual se invertirá más de S/ 3.66 millones.

Asimismo, con una partida de más de S/ 4.90 millones se construirá nueva infraestructura vial y peatonal en la avenida 7 de Junio, de la zona Nueva Esperanza del distrito de Villa María del Triunfo, proyecto que beneficiará a 2100 habitantes.

Para canalizar la transferencia de los recursos destinados a los referidos proyectos, que serán ejecutados por las propias comunas, el MVCS, a través del PMIB, suscribió, por separado, los respectivos convenios con los alcaldes del Rímac, Néstor de la Rosa Villegas; de Cieneguilla, Emilio Chávez Huaringa; de Ate, Franco Vidal Morales, y de Villa María del Triunfo, Eloy Chávez Hernández.
