En esta ocasión, la cita en la víspera fue con 11 burgomaestres distritales de dicha región y tres de Cusco, en la sede de Palacio de Gobierno.
Durante el encuentro, la mandataria abordó los proyectos que dichas jurisdicciones requieren con urgencia y coincidió con los alcaldes en la importancia de trabajar en conjunto, con paz social, diálogo y unidad, al ser este el camino hacia el desarrollo.
La jefa de Estado saludó la valentía de los alcaldes de ponerse al frente para buscar la mejora de sus distritos y ratificó su compromiso de acompañar iniciativas en salud, agua y saneamiento, educación y transportes, a fin de cerrar las brechas sociales.
En ese sentido, la mandataria anunció el inicio de las gestiones para la próxima entrega de ambulancias y la mejora de las vías de acceso a los distritos.
“Quien quiere a la patria, quiere su desarrollo y progreso”, enfatizó la dignataria, quien aseguró que desde el Ejecutivo se apuesta de manera firme en el objetivo de promover el desarrollo de las peruanas y peruanos en todas las regiones.
Participaron de la cita los ministros de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini; de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Hania Pérez de Cuéllar, y de la Producción, Raúl Pérez Reyes.
