“El capital de los inversionistas está seguro en el país. Vamos a mantener las reglas fiscales y la política económica en lo que respecta al incentivo a las inversiones. Tenemos toda la confianza en el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas y en los sectores dedicados a la producción”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial en declaraciones a la prensa.
Como parte del proceso de reactivación económica, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) informó que el Ejecutivo impulsa la construcción de seis hospitales en Apurímac, Arequipa, Huaraz, Trujillo, Piura y Puno, los cuales representan una inversión de S/7 mil millones que están financiados.
También destacó los avances en el destrabe para la ejecución de grandes obras como la nueva carretera Central, que dinamizará la economía durante los próximos tres años; y el Proyecto Especial Chavimochic, que permitirá generar más de 125 mil puestos de trabajo.
“Además, las inversiones mineras están retornando con mucha confianza al país. Hemos destrabado proyectos mineros. Lo que antes demoraba dos años, ahora toma tres meses”, añadió.
EJECUTIVO CONVOCARÁ AL ACUERDO NACIONAL
A fin de avanzar hacia un proceso de reconciliación y unidad nacional, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial anunció que el Ejecutivo convocará al Acuerdo Nacional para la última semana de agosto.
El premier Otárola manifestó que podrán acudir todas las asociaciones que participaron en las movilizaciones previas, así como los dirigentes políticos de distintas tendencias, con el objetivo de que expresen sus opiniones respecto a la marcha del país.
“El Acuerdo Nacional tiene una legitimidad y una institucionalidad que nos servirá para fomentar el diálogo. Nuestro interés es sentar las bases para una gran reconciliación nacional”, concluyó.
SOBRE LA POLICÍA DE ORDEN Y SEGURIDAD
El premier Alberto Otárola explicó que el proyecto de ley que incorpora la categoría de policía de orden y seguridad, anunciado por la presidenta Boluarte en su mensaje a la nación, tiene la finalidad de reducir el déficit de efectivos necesarios para contar con calles más seguras en el país.
“Esta categoría está dirigida especialmente a los jóvenes que no estudian ni trabajan y a los egresados del servicio militar voluntario”, acotó.
Para atraer a este sector de la población al servicio policial, el titular de la PCM anunció que el proyecto considera incentivos, como un contrato por tres años (con la posibilidad de ser prorrogado tres años más) y la opción de postular para suboficiales y oficiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú.

EXECUTIVE WILL CALL THE NATIONAL AGREEMENT
In order to move towards a process of reconciliation and national unity, the head of the Ministerial Cabinet announced that the Executive will convene the National Agreement for the last week of August.
Premier Otárola stated that all the associations that participated in the previous mobilizations, as well as political leaders of different tendencies, will be able to attend, with the aim of expressing their opinions regarding the march of the country.
“The National Agreement has a legitimacy and an institutionality that will help us to promote dialogue. Our interest is to lay the foundations for a great national reconciliation”, he concluded.
ABOUT THE ORDER AND SECURITY POLICE
Prime Minister Alberto Otárola explained that the bill that incorporates the category of security and order police, announced by President Boluarte in her message to the nation, has the purpose of reducing the deficit of troops necessary to have safer streets in the country.
“This category is aimed especially at young people who neither study nor work and graduates of voluntary military service,” he said.
To attract this sector of the population to the police service, the head of the PCM announced that the project considers incentives, such as a three-year contract (with the possibility of being extended for three more years) and the option to apply for non-commissioned officers and officers of the National Police of Peru.
