Por ello, desde el lunes 14 de agosto el Centro MAC Lima Norte suspenderá la atención en su local actual; el cual tiene una extensión de 672 metros cuadrados y cuenta con 29 módulos de atención.
Cabe precisar que el nuevo Centro MAC Lima Norte reiniciará sus operaciones el 25 de setiembre, en horario ininterrumpido de 8:30 a. m. a 6.30 p. m., de lunes a viernes, y de 9:00 a. m. a 1:30 p. m., sábados y feriados.
Esta nueva sede contará con un total de 62 módulos de atención (06 del Banco de la Nación, 07 de Migraciones y 49 de diversas entidades) y se prevé la incorporación de servicios de más entidades.
CIUDADANOS CON CITAS PROGRAMADAS PARA PASAPORTE
A fin de no afectar a los ciudadanos con citas programadas entre el lunes 14 de agosto y el sábado 23 de setiembre para tramitar su pasaporte biométrico en el MAC Lima Norte, se ha dispuesto que la atención se realizará el mismo día y hora agendado en la sede central de la Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones, ubicada en la av. España nro. 734, Breña.
Asimismo, con el fin de asegurar que todos los ciudadanos conozcan este cambio de sede de su cita, la PCM, a través de la Secretaría de Gestión Pública, ha iniciado el proceso de envío de correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto a cada una de las personas registradas para tramitar su pasaporte en el MAC Lima Norte.
En tanto, aquellos ciudadanos extranjeros con cita programada para trámites inmigratorios serán atendidos el mismo día programado en el Centro MAC Lima Este, ubicado en la av. Áncash nro. 2151, en el distrito de El Agustino.
Adicionalmente, la PCM ha puesto a disposición de los ciudadanos la línea telefónica 1800–ALO MAC y el WhatsApp +51 981317379, con la finalidad de absolver las consultas o dudas. El horario de atención será de lunes a domingos de 8:00 a. m. a 8:00 p. m.
