Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe En el marco del 201 aniversario del Congreso de la República, desde el lunes 18 al viernes 22 de setiembre se han programado una serie de actividades con el fin de celebrar la instalación de este importante poder del Estado, que se ha convertido en el bastión de la democracia en el país.

Como se recuerda, el primer Congreso Constituyente se instaló el 20 de setiembre de 1822 en la capilla de la Universidad de San Marcos, ubicada entonces en parte del terreno que corresponde actualmente al Palacio Legislativo.

El lunes 18, a las 09:00 horas, la Oficina de Comunicaciones e Imagen Institucional, a través del Área de Archivo Fotográfico, realizará la exposición fotográfica “Palacio Legislativo: Historia y Personajes Ilustres. Constitución de 1993 cumple 30 años”.

El acto será inaugurado por la congresista Vivian Olivos (FP), presidenta de la Comisión especial multipartidaria conmemorativa del bicentenario de la independencia del Perú, y será en el Hall de los Pasos Perdidos del Palacio Legislativo.

Las fotografías, que son testimonio gráfico de la realidad, nos permitirán regresar en el tiempo y apreciar la transformación de los ambientes del recinto parlamentario, imágenes inéditas de obras de arte de renombrados artistas como Luis Felipe Agurto y Francisco Gonzales Gamarra, así como contenido visual de protagonistas de la historia que llegaron a ser héroes de la patria y que fueron miembros del primer poder del Estado.

El martes 19, a las 18:00 horas, la Oficina de Participación Ciudadana organizará el evento Martes Democrático, que abordará el tema “Historia y Política del Congreso”, en la que estarán invitados tres exdiputados de la República.

La fecha central será el miércoles 20. A las 10:00 horas, se llevará a cabo una Sesión Solemne por el 201 aniversario del Congreso de la República. En la cita, el titular del Parlamento y los directivos portavoces de los grupos parlamentarios ofrecerán discursos de orden referidos a la importante fecha.

Previamente, a las 08:00 de la mañana se procederá al izamiento de las banderas de todas de las regiones del país. Será en el frontis del Palacio Legislativo.

Media hora después se llevará a cabo a una Misa institucional en la plaza José Faustino Sánchez Carrión.

El jueves 21, las delegaciones visitantes de diferentes centros educativos, además de conocer los diferentes ambientes del Palacio Legislativo, recibirán una charla sobre los 201 años del Parlamento Nacional.

El viernes 22, a las 09:00 horas, el Departamento de Recursos Humanos del Congreso de la República celebrará el Día del Servidor Parlamentario, en la que participarán funcionarios y trabajadores de la institución.

A las 18:00 horas, la Mesa de Trabajo Afroperuana organizará la exposición temporal de artes plásticas “Sentimiento Afroperuano”. El evento será en el Museo Nacional Afroperuano.

At the event, the head of Parliament and the spokesperson directors of the parliamentary groups will offer official speeches referring to the important date.

Previously, at 08:00 in the morning, the flags of all the regions of the country will be raised. It will be in the front of the Legislative Palace.

Half an hour later an institutional Mass will be held in the José Faustino Sánchez Carrión square.

On Thursday the 21st, visiting delegations from different educational centers, in addition to getting to know the different environments of the Legislative Palace, will receive a talk about the 201 years of the National Parliament.

On Friday the 22nd, at 9:00 a.m., the Department of Human Resources of the Congress of the Republic will celebrate Parliamentary Server Day, in which officials and workers of the institution will participate.

At 6:00 p.m., the Afro-Peruvian Work Group will organize the temporary plastic arts exhibition “Afro-Peruvian Sentiment.” The event will be at the National Afro-Peruvian Museum.
