El presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Alberto Otárola Peñaranda, explicó los alcances de esta iniciativa, que es emitida en el marco de la delegación de facultades legislativas otorgadas por el Congreso de la República.
La norma autoriza al Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, a través del Foncodes, formular, elaborar, financiar y ejecutar proyectos de inversión e IOARR en centros poblados rurales y rurales dispersos; así como al Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, a hacer lo propio en torno a servicios de saneamiento en el ámbito rural.
El premier precisó que, con esta modificación, por ejemplo, será posible que el Ministerio de Vivienda ejecute obras en centros poblados a través de los referidos núcleos, involucrando a la población en su desarrollo local.
“Se trata de un decreto legislativo muy potente, que va a dar trabajo a muchos peruanos”, consideró. De esta manera, se beneficiará a más de 2 millones de personas de más de 7 mil centros poblados en 700 distritos a nivel nacional, se indicó.
GOBIERNO RECONOCERÁ A DEPORTISTAS
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial felicitó a los atletas y deportistas que representan al Perú en los Juegos Panamericanos 2023, realizados en Santiago de Chile, quienes han obtenido preseas de oro, plata y bronce.
Recordó que, en virtud del compromiso de la presidenta Dina Boluarte, se envió al Congreso de la República un proyecto de ley que permite entregar una vivienda, entre otros, a los medallistas de los Panamericanos 2023 que no la hayan recibido antes.
“La presidenta recibirá a todos nuestros muchachos, extenderá las felicitaciones a nombre del Perú y cumpliremos la promesa de que tengan una vivienda en la Villa Panamericana”, expresó.
ACCIONES FRENTE AL FENÓMENO EL NIÑO (FEN)
En relación a los avances en las acciones de prevención ante el fenómeno El Niño (FEN), se informó que el Gobierno nacional tiene comprometido el 59% de los recursos transferidos para este tema.
En tanto, se acordó declarar en estado de emergencia a 316 distritos de 53 provincias de los departamentos de Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Huancavelica, Ica, Moquegua, Puno y Tacna, por peligro inminente de déficit hídrico, a consecuencia del FEN.

Con la finalidad de culminar una gran obra en beneficio de miles de policías, el Consejo de Ministros autorizó, mediante decreto legislativo, la celebración de adendas entre el Ministerio del Interior y el Organismo Internacional para la Migraciones. La medida abarca los servicios críticos y de consulta externa del Hospital Nacional PNP Luis N. Sáenz, en el distrito limeño de Jesús María.
Asimismo, fue aprobado, a través de un decreto supremo, el Reglamento de Organización y Funciones (ROF) de la Autoridad Nacional para la Infraestructura (ANIN), la tercera norma de gestión emitida con miras al próximo funcionamiento de esta institución.

Government approves a rule to generate employment in rural areas through executing centers, closing social and infrastructure gaps.

The head of the Ministerial Cabinet congratulated the athletes and sportsmen who represent Peru in the 2023 Pan American Games, held in Santiago, Chile, who have obtained gold, silver and bronze medals.
