AUTORIZACIÓN APROBADA POR EL PARLAMENTO
Se trata de la aprobación del proyecto de resolución legislativa 06247/2023-PE, que propone autorizar a la señora presidenta de la república para salir del territorio nacional del 1 al 4 de noviembre de 2023 con destino a las ciudades antes mencionadas, con el objetivo de participar en la Cumbre Inaugural de Líderes de la Alianza de las Américas para la Prosperidad Económica (APEP) organizada por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América.

Además, en el «Foro de Inversión Responsable APEP-BID», organizada por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América, y actividades paralelas con representantes del Congreso de los Estados Unidos de América, el Departamento del Tesoro y la Cámara de Comercio de los Estados Unidos de América, las cuales se llevarán a cabo los días 2 y 3 de noviembre de 2023.

Así mismo se establece que: “La presidenta de la república se mantendrá a cargo del despacho de la Presidencia de la República empleando tecnologías digitales, las cuales adoptan los mecanismos de seguridad digital y la garantía de la seguridad de los medios a emplearse, en el marco de lo dispuesto en el artículo 8-A de la Ley 29158, Ley Orgánica del Poder Ejecutivo, incorporado por la Ley 31810, así como en la normativa vigente en materia de seguridad y confianza digital en el país”.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN PARA SALIR DEL TERRITORIO NACIONAL
La decisión fue tomada de conformidad con lo prescrito en el inciso 9) del artículo 102 y el inciso 4) del artículo 113 de la Constitución Política del Perú; en el literal j) del inciso 1) del artículo 76 del Reglamento del Congreso de la República; en la Ley 28344, Ley que regula la autorización de salida del territorio nacional del Presidente de la República.

Además, por el artículo 8-A de la Ley 29158, Ley Orgánica del Poder Ejecutivo, incorporado por la Ley 31810 respecto al encargo del despacho de la Presidencia de la República y de su gestión a través de tecnologías digitales.

In addition, in the “APEP-BID Responsible Investment Forum”, organized by the government of the United States of America, and parallel activities with representatives of the Congress of the United States of America, the Department of the Treasury and the Chamber of Commerce of the United States United States of America, which will take place on November 2 and 3, 2023.
