La mandataria destacó los preparativos realizados para afrontar El Niño, incluyendo la aprobación de un crédito suplementario por más de S/ 5000 millones para seguir sumando esfuerzos con todos los niveles de gobierno.
La jefa de Estado también informó que hay 11 batallones de ingeniería del Ejército equipados con maquinarias para atender las emergencias.
“No somos un gobierno reactivo como los anteriores. Nosotros Invertimos en la prevención”, afirmó la presidenta Boluarte.
SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA
La mandataria destacó que, con el objetivo de mejorar la seguridad ciudadana, se adquirieron 296 unidades vehiculares para fortalecer la capacidad operativa de la Policía Nacional. En esa línea, para ordenar la situación de los extranjeros en el país, se lograron atender más de 84 mil solicitudes de regularización de situación migratoria y más de 79 mil pedidos de amnistía.
La presidenta Boluarte brindó su respaldo a la Policía Nacional y las Fuerzas Armadas por su incansable labor para pacificar el país. Señaló que nada los detendrá para enfrentar a los criminales que se atreven a amenazar a nuestra población, como lo demuestra la erradicación de más de 6 mil hectáreas de cultivos ilegales de hoja de coca, el decomiso de casi 25 toneladas de droga y la captura de cuatro mandos de Sendero Luminoso.
EDUCACIÓN Y SALUD
En el tema de la educación, la jefa de Estado resaltó que se incrementó a 10 000 las becas del concurso público Beca 18 – 2024 para favorecer a los jóvenes, además de que se elaboró material educativo en 42 lenguas originarias y seis variedades de quechua para más de 418 mil alumnos.
En Salud, destacó que el gobierno alcanzó la vacunación del 96% de los 2 millones de niños y niñas de 2 meses a 5 años, contra la polio, sarampión, paperas y rubeola. Además, 81% de niños menores de 3 años iniciaron su suplementación preventiva o terapéutica contra la anemia.
AGRO Y AGUA
La presidenta Boluarte informó que se entregaron más de 9900 toneladas de alimento suplementario para ganado en 9 regiones con déficit hídrico, y que el Fondo AgroPerú otorgó 32 mil créditos a igual número de productores de las 24 regiones del país.
La jefa de Estado también señaló que en el último bimestre se culminaron 27 obras de agua y saneamiento en 14 regiones, en beneficio de más de 680 000 ciudadanos, en los ámbitos rural y urbano.
ENERGÍA, MINERÍA Y EMPLEO
La mandataria indicó que se suscribió el contrato de concesión de la “Línea de transmisión subestación Piura Nueva – Frontera” para la interconexión eléctrica con Ecuador.
Asimismo, en setiembre y octubre se aprobaron 19 proyectos de concesión para exploración y explotación minera, los cuales impulsarán la recuperación económica y fomentarán la creación de empleos.
La jefa de Estado informó que en el último bimestre se generaron más de 48 mil puestos de trabajo temporales a través de Llamkasun Perú.
INVERSIONES
La presidenta Boluarte destacó que en los últimos dos meses se ha afianzado la imagen del Perú como destino de inversiones, debido a las reglas de juego claras que ofrece nuestro país a los empresarios en el mundo, lo que fue posible gracias a su asistencia a diversos eventos internacionales.
“Lo ratificamos ante el foro de inversiones de la Alianza del Pacífico, ante la Asociación de las Américas para la Prosperidad Económica, y durante mi reciente participación en el foro APEC 2023, donde recibimos muestras claras del interés de los empresarios por invertir en el Perú”, afirmó.
“Somos un país que apuesta por aquella inversión que respeta el medio ambiente y genera desarrollo, y que el próximo año recibirá con los brazos abiertos a los líderes de las 21 economías del Asia Pacífico, durante el foro APEC 2024”, resaltó.
