Este innovador servicio permitirá a los usuarios del bosque acceder de manera ágil y eficiente a las constancias de cumplimiento emitidas a los titulares de títulos habilitantes (derechos otorgados por el Estado para aprovechar el bosque) que han destacado por su compromiso y rendimiento ejemplar en la gestión de sus áreas de manejo forestal y de fauna silvestre. La iniciativa refleja el compromiso de OSINFOR con la transparencia y la búsqueda constante de mejoras.

“Nuestro objetivo es simplificar el acceso a información clave para los usuarios, empresarios y gestores públicos, al mismo tiempo que incentivamos y reconocemos a los titulares que demuestran un manejo forestal y de fauna silvestre responsable y sostenible, contribuyendo a la legalidad y a la competitividad del sector”, manifestó la jefa del OSINFOR, Lucetty Ullilen.

RECONOCIMIENTO PARA LOS QUE CUMPLEN CON EL BOSQUE
Las Constancias de Cumplimiento de Obligaciones son un documento que reconoce las buenas prácticas forestales, a su vez contribuye a fortalecer la legalidad de los productos forestales y su competitividad en mercados nacionales e internacionales. Una ventaja adicional es el beneficio financiero que conllevan. Los titulares de títulos habilitantes que poseen la constancia disfrutan de descuentos en el pago de derechos por aprovechamiento forestal, de acuerdo con los lineamientos de incentivos aprobados por el Servicio Nacional Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre (Serfor).

En lo que va del 2023, el OSINFOR ha otorgado 132 constancias de cumplimiento a titulares de títulos habilitantes en las regiones de Loreto, Ucayali, San Martín, Madre de Dios, Junín, Piura, Cajamarca, Huánuco y Lima. Entre el 2021 y el 2022, la entidad otorgó 61 constancias a nivel nacional.

UNA PRESENTACIÓN NOVEDOSA
Las constancias de cumplimiento ahora presentan un diseño renovado, incorporando detalles clave del titular y regente, así como información detallada sobre la supervisión realizada. Cuentan, además, con un código QR integrado, permitiendo una verificación rápida y segura a través de la plataforma digital del SIGOSFC. Asimismo, la implementación de este nuevo servicio no afecta la validez legal de las constancias emitidas con anterioridad, por lo que todas siguen siendo plenamente válidas. The Certificates of Compliance with Obligations are a document that recognizes good forestry practices, which in turn contributes to strengthening the legality of forest products and their competitiveness in national and international markets. Holders of qualifying titles who have the certificate enjoy discounts on the payment of rights for forestry use, in accordance with the incentive guidelines approved by the National Forestry and Wildlife Service (Serfor).
