Participarán entidades públicas y privadas, en el marco del Día Internacional contra la Corrupción que se conmemora cada 9 de diciembre.
En esta quinta edición de la Semana de la Integridad, destaca el “Primer encuentro nacional de oficiales de integridad”, que se llevará a cabo el lunes 4 de diciembre, con la finalidad de promover las buenas prácticas y fortalecer las competencias de dichos servidores encargados de implementar esta función en las entidades públicas.
En tanto, el martes 5 se desarrollará el Diálogo ético: taller de reflexión y casos prácticos y el panel “Avances y desafíos en materia de integridad pública y lucha contra la corrupción en el Perú en la ruta de acceso a la OCDE”, entre otras actividades.
Para el miércoles 6 se realizarán diversos coloquios como el foro “20 años de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas contra la Corrupción”; así como la mesa redonda “Whistleblower – ¿Cómo generar mejores denuncias? Un cambio de paradigma en la lucha contra la corrupción”.
Finalmente, el lunes 11 de diciembre se efectuará el conversatorio “Fortalecimiento de la función de integridad en el sector público a partir del PL 05635/2023/PE”, y un panel sobre lavado de activos proveniente de la corrupción.
Para la secretaria de Integridad Pública de la PCM, Sara Farfán, la programación está enfocada en reflexionar sobre la gravedad del flagelo de la corrupción; y la importancia de persistir en la promoción de una cultura de integridad con énfasis en la prevención y en la promoción de valores, con medidas destinadas a fortalecer la defensa del interés común y el ejercicio ético de la función pública.
La Semana de la Integridad 2023 cuenta con la participación de importantes instituciones aliadas como la World Compliance Association, la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, el Consejo Privado Anticorrupción, la Cooperación Alemana para el Desarrollo implementada por GIZ, USAID-Proyecto Inversión Pública Transparente, el programa GFP Subnacional de la Cooperación Suiza-SECO implementado por Basel Institute on Governance, el PNUD, la Universidad Pacífico, el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, entre otros.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday the 5th, the Ethical Dialogue will be held: reflection workshop and practical cases and the panel “Advances and challenges in matters of public integrity and the fight against corruption in Peru on the access route to the OECD”, among other activities.
On Wednesday the 6th, various colloquiums will be held such as the forum “20 years of the United Nations Convention against Corruption”; as well as the round table “Whistleblower – How to generate better complaints? A paradigm shift in the fight against corruption.”
Finally, on Monday, December 11, the discussion “Strengthening the integrity function in the public sector based on PL 05635/2023/PE” will be held, as well as a panel on money laundering resulting from corruption.
For the Secretary of Public Integrity of the PCM, Sara Farfán, the programming is focused on reflecting on the seriousness of the scourge of corruption; and the importance of persisting in promoting a culture of integrity with emphasis on prevention and the promotion of values, with measures aimed at strengthening the defense of the common interest and the ethical exercise of public office.
