Resaltó la labor de la Policía Nacional en el lugar y calificó su accionar de exitoso y preventivo, haciendo uso adecuado de la inteligencia y realizando todas las investigaciones estrictamente de acuerdo a ley, lo cual condujo a la detención de tres personas.
Sin embargo, según explicó, faltando 10 horas para el vencimiento del periodo de detención en flagrancia delictiva, el fiscal Víctor Hugo Arias Torrejón dispuso liberar a los involucrados, a pesar de que se cuenta con la documentación y los elementos de convicción, como reconocimiento fotográfico, videos, actas de lectura de conversaciones de WhatsApp, entre otros.
“El Gobierno hace extensiva su preocupación y solicita especialmente a las nuevas autoridades del Ministerio Público que den instrucciones precisas a sus fiscales para que apoyen a la Policía en el mantenimiento del orden, que es su función constitucional”, enfatizó.
Por otra parte, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial informó que la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos ha notificado al país el archivamiento de la demanda del terrorista Florindo Eleuterio Flores Hala, alias camarada Artemio, contra el Estado peruano.
“Este es un triunfo del Perú y expresa la política pública en materia internacional para defender la seguridad y la vida de los peruanos”, subrayó.
LUCHA ANTIDROGAS
Durante la sesión del Consejo de Ministros fue aprobada la modificación de la normativa sobre tráfico ilícito de drogas, con el fin de fortalecer el trabajo de las unidades especializadas y actualizar las funciones de Devida y la PNP.
El titular de la PCM apuntó que, en el marco de esta disposición, se incorporará un nuevo listado de sustancias psicoactivas prohibidas y sancionadas.
“Esto sirve de base para que la planificación en torno a la erradicación de cultivos ilícitos, intervención contra insumos químicos ilegales y combate a las mafias que mueven el narcotráfico sean más eficiente”, dijo.
Asimismo, en cuanto a la protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes frente a delitos informáticos, se estableció endurecer las penas para los delincuentes que realizan proposiciones de tipo sexual a través de medios tecnológicos.
OBRAS EN TRASPORTES
Tal como fue el anuncio de la presidenta Dina Boluarte, hoy se aprobó la creación del fideicomiso de titulización para el desarrollo del transporte y de la movilidad urbana en Lima y Callao.
El mecanismo permite obtener financiamiento y acelerar proyectos de infraestructura que ayuden a cerrar la enorme brecha que tiene el país en este aspecto.
Así también, fue aprobado un decreto legislativo referido a la promoción del chatarreo de vehículos internados en depósitos y declarados en abandono, por representar un problema de seguridad y salubridad.
Finalmente, se anunció que los miembros del Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú o sus hijos contarán con un puntaje adicional en el acceso a becas y créditos educativos, además de la extensión de la cobertura del Seguro Integral de Salud a sus hijos y padres.

Con el fin de continuar con el control del orden interno en la provincia de Pataz, departamento de La Libertad, se ha dispuesto la prórroga del estado de emergencia, a partir del 16 de diciembre, por un lapso de 30 días.
De otro lado, el Ejecutivo aprobó crear Organismo de Focalización e Información Social, para mejorar el registro de los hogares en situación de vulnerabilidad y tener un mejor gasto público al respecto.
