“Trabajaremos de manera concertada para acabar con esas puertas giratorias que benefician a los criminales, es decir, el delincuente capturado no debe ser liberado por el Ministerio Público o el Poder Judicial, porque tenemos que cerrar filas y hacerle frente al crimen organizado”, señaló.

La presidenta de la República, recordó que los 36 Decretos Legislativos (DL) para fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana, permitirán enfrentar con “energía y dureza” al hampa y al crimen organizado.

Resaltó, en ese sentido, que entre los acuerdos alcanzados en la III y IV sesión del Conasec, realizado en Pucallpa (Ucayali), se establece que la Policía Nacional informará respecto de los resultados obtenidos gracias la implementación de las normas aprobadas y se encargará a la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros articular acciones y medidas para implementar el centro nacional de seguridad digital.

Otros acuerdos son encargar a la secretaria técnica del Conasec la evaluación de los resultados del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana (Sinasec) y de su organización con la propuesta de una Secretaría Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana, además de la ejecución de acciones y campañas comunicacionales que permitan dar mensajes claros contra el narcotráfico y la minería ilegal.

“Es importante el trabajo articulado entre la policía, la sociedad civil, los alcaldes y los gobernadores para que en cada región haya una comisión específica encargada de articular la tarea importante de la seguridad ciudadana”, sostuvo.

La mandataria indicó que el próximo año la Policía Nacional tendrá más presencia en las calles y en las zonas de mayor peligro, realizando operativos permanentes y protegiendo a nuestra población, para lo cual se han destinado más de 5,000 millones de soles.

La presidente Boluarte enfatizó que, desde el primer día, su Gobierno asumió la tarea de defender el orden público y fortalecer la seguridad de la población, porque solo así se logrará impulsar el crecimiento económico y sacar adelante a nuestro país.

“Vivir en un país seguro donde nuestras familias puedan caminar sin temores ni preocupaciones es un derecho de todas las peruanas y todos los peruanos. Ese es el motivo para que mi Gobierno esté trabajando sin descanso”, afirmó.
