Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe Durante el 2023, el Ejecutivo ha desplegado múltiples acciones para reducir las brechas que dificultan a la población el acceso a servicios públicos de calidad, promover una articulación cercana y dinámica con los gobiernos regionales, y reinsertar al Perú en el escenario internacional.

Respecto al acercamiento de los servicios del Estado, la PCM inauguró cuatro Centros de Mejor Atención al Ciudadano (MAC) en Cusco, Junín, Lima Norte y Ucayali, con la finalidad de que las peruanas y los peruanos realicen diversos trámites en un solo lugar.

Asimismo, se establecieron las bases para cerrar la brecha de infraestructura en todo el país, a través de la creación de la Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura (ANIN), entidad que desde el 2024 ejecutará los grandes proyectos que el país requiere para su desarrollo sostenible.

En esa línea, la ANIN continuará con las obras que son ejecutadas actualmente por la Autoridad para la Reconstrucción con Cambios (ARCC), y priorizará las iniciativas dirigidas a disminuir la vulnerabilidad del país ante los fenómenos climatológicos.

COORDINACIÓN CON GOBIERNOS REGIONALES
Como parte de la nueva gobernanza, se impulsaron los consejos de estado regional, en cuyas tres ediciones, desarrolladas en mayo, agosto y diciembre, se fomentó el trabajo conjunto entre el Ejecutivo y las autoridades regionales, mediante el establecimiento de metas consensuadas y medibles.

Ello permitió ejecutar 311 acuerdos suscritos en el primer consejo, y 263 correspondientes a la segunda edición. De esta manera se logró el destrabe de 41 proyectos para el progreso del país.

Entre los principales avances destaca el proyecto de Ley de Ordenamiento Territorial, que ha sido presentado al Congreso de la República para su debate y aprobación; y la creación en la PCM de la Secretaría de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres.

ADHESIÓN DEL PERÚ A LA OCDE
A fin de continuar con el proceso de adhesión del Perú a la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE), en junio último el titular de la PCM, Alberto Otárola, junto a ministros de Estado, entregó en París el memorando inicial para el ingreso a dicha entidad.

El documento fue recibido por el secretario general de la OCDE, Mathias Cormann, y marcó un hito en el esfuerzo de incorporar al Perú al mecanismo internacional que integran los países con mejores economías y gobernanza administrativa.

Además, contribuirá a culminar una serie de reformas institucionales para dar servicios públicos óptimos a los ciudadanos, así como relanzar la posición del Perú en su relación con Europa y con el mundo.

Presidency of the Council of Ministers promoted EL 2023, the closing of gaps at the national level and coordination with regional governments.

Regarding the approach of State services, the PCM inaugurated four Better Citizen Service Centers (MAC) in Cusco, Junín, Lima Norte and Ucayali, with the aim of Peruvian men and women carrying out various procedures in one place.

Likewise, the foundations were established to close the infrastructure gap throughout the country, through the creation of the National Infrastructure Authority (ANIN), an entity that from 2024 will execute the large projects that the country requires for its sustainable development.

Along these lines, the ANIN will continue with the works that are currently being carried out by the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC), and will prioritize initiatives aimed at reducing the country’s vulnerability to weather phenomena.

COORDINATION WITH REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS
As part of the new governance, the regional state councils were promoted, in whose three editions, held in May, August and December, joint work between the Executive and the regional authorities was promoted, through the establishment of agreed upon and measurable goals.

This allowed the execution of 311 agreements signed in the first council, and 263 corresponding to the second edition. In this way, 41 projects were unblocked for the progress of the country.

Among the main advances, the draft Territorial Planning Law stands out, which has been presented to the Congress of the Republic for debate and approval; and the creation in the PCM of the Disaster Risk Management Secretariat.

ACCESSION OF PERU TO THE OECD
In order to continue with Peru’s accession process to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), last June the head of the PCM, Alberto Otárola, together with ministers of State, delivered in Paris the initial memorandum for entry to said entity.

The document was received by the Secretary General of the OECD, Mathias Cormann, and marked a milestone in the effort to incorporate Peru into the international mechanism that integrates the countries with the best economies and administrative governance.

In addition, it will contribute to completing a series of institutional reforms to provide optimal public services to citizens, as well as relaunch Peru’s position in its relationship with Europe and the world.
