La mandataria indicó que su Gobierno atendió la solicitud del Poder Judicial de mayor presupuesto para implementar más unidades de flagrancia, las que facilitarán la lucha contra la delincuencia y el crimen, además de ampliar en 37 % los recursos para la atención de procesos de familia y en 22 % para los procesos laborales.

“Este gobierno siempre tendrá la voluntad de atender los requerimientos adicionales del Poder Judicial para fortalecer su desempeño en beneficio del país. La justicia que tarda no es justicia”, manifestó la presidenta Boluarte, quien reiteró el compromiso de su gobierno a contribuir con el fortalecimiento del Poder Judicial para que las peruanas y peruanos tengan una justicia inclusiva y confiable.

Cabe indicar que durante el 2023 se implementaron unidades de flagrancia delictiva en distritos declarados en emergencia (San Martín de Porres, San Juan de Lurigancho y Sullana), en tanto que para este año se destinaron S/ 114 millones para implementar más unidades de flagrancia.

Durante su discurso en el Palacio de Justicia, la jefa de Estado reiteró su respeto absoluto a la separación e independencia de poderes, lo que consideró es el pilar fundamental de nuestra democracia.

“Conservar la autonomía del Poder Judicial es indispensable para asegurar una justicia imparcial, sin influencias externas y en salvaguarda de los derechos fundamentales de todas las peruanas y peruanos, en especial de los más vulnerables, como las niñas y niños, las mujeres y los adultos mayores”, enfatizó.
