La medida se adoptó luego que, durante un operativo de rutina, el personal del centro médico se negara a entregar la documentación solicitada por el personal de la Sutran respecto a las evaluaciones realizadas en fechas recientes.

La negativa evidenciada por los representantes de Multimedic S.A.C constituyó un acto de impedimento a las labores de fiscalización de la Sutran, infracción calificada como muy grave en el Reglamento Nacional del sistema de emisión de licencias de conducir.

En consecuencia, el personal fiscalizador clausuró temporalmente el centro médico por un plazo de 30 días y paralizó sus actividades mediante la desactivación del acceso al Sistema Nacional de Conductores (SNC).

Larry Ampuero, vocero de la Sutran, explicó que estas fiscalizaciones a entidades complementarias responden a la labor preventiva de la institución. “Se trata de centros médicos que emiten certificados necesarios para obtener la licencia de conducir, por eso, con las acciones de fiscalización buscamos verificar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones previstas en la normativa vigente para la obtención de la certificación medica” recalcó.

Recordó también que Multimedic S.A.C fue sancionado el último 15 de enero por paralizar sus actividades sin que se realizara la comunicación respectiva al órgano fiscalizador, incumpliendo el procedimiento establecido en la normativa vigente.

La Sutran, a través de sus 21 Unidades Desconcentradas, fiscaliza de manera permanente los servicios de transporte en el país, así como las entidades complementarias en todo el país.

He also recalled that Multimedic S.A.C was sanctioned on January 15 for paralyzing its activities without the respective communication being made to the supervisory body, failing to comply with the procedure established in current regulations.

Sutran, through its 21 Deconcentrated Units, permanently supervises transportation services in the country, as well as complementary entities throughout the country.
