Con esta medida, las Fuerzas Armadas (FF. AA.) con apoyo de la Policía asumirán el control del orden interno en Pataz, ante el incremento de delitos conexos de la minería ilegal como la explotación sexual, el tráfico de armas e insumos químicos, el proxenetismo, entre otros.

“El crecimiento de la minería ilegal en Pataz es descontrolado. Nos enfrentamos a 20 bandas organizadas” advirtió el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, tras sesión del Consejo de Ministros.

En tanto, en Trujillo la Policía Nacional mantendrá el control del orden interno con el apoyo de las FF. AA., ante el aumento de delitos como homicidios, robos y hurtos.

“Existen una serie de bandas y organizaciones criminales que hacen daño, especialmente, a las zonas más pobladas de Trujillo. Por ello, conjuntamente con las autoridades regionales y locales, haremos frente a esta ola delincuencial” añadió.

El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) remarcó que la intervención de las FF. AA. y la PNP se realizarán con el escrupuloso respeto de los derechos fundamentales y de las reglas del empleo de la fuerza.

Esta disposición comprende la suspensión de la atención en los locales comerciales, los eventos sociales y los espectáculos desde la medianoche hasta las cuatro de la mañana.

AVANCES EN EJECUCIÓN DE INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA
El premier Alberto Otárola también informó que la ejecución de la inversión pública, al 11 de febrero, asciende a más de S/ 2800 millones, es decir, 94% más con relación al mismo periodo del 2023.

Al respecto, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Alex Contreras Miranda señaló que este avance en la inversión pública ha contribuido a la reactivación del país. “Tanto enero, como los datos preliminares de febrero, muestran que la economía peruana ha entrado a una fase de expansión. Esto es algo positivo porque acelerará la creación de empleo”, aseguró.

DESEMBALSE QUIRÚRGICO Y COMBATE AL DENGUE
En otro momento, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial reiteró el compromiso del Gobierno con el impulso de medidas que contribuyan al desembalse quirúrgico, a fin de atender oportuna y adecuadamente a la población más vulnerable.

En esa línea, el titular del Ministerio de Salud, César Vásquez Sánchez, indicó que el 2023 se logró operar a más de 214 mil pacientes con una inversión de más de S/ 3.4 millones de soles.

“Para este año la meta es operar a 268 mil pacientes. No solo realizaremos cirugías básicas, sino que operaremos patologías complejas en regiones”, expresó.

Sobre el dengue, el ministro Vásquez explicó que el sector que lidera inició el año transfiriendo S/91 millones a las regiones para que protejan a sus ciudadanos. “Ninguna región puede afirmar que no tiene presupuesto para ejecutar acciones contra esta enfermedad”, comentó.

Finalmente, invocó a las personas a contribuir con la eliminación de los criaderos del mosquito que transmite el dengue, con el objetivo de prevenir su propagación.
