“El Perú no se detiene porque tenemos que seguir trabajando y no le podemos hacer el juego a los desestabilizadores, a los que pretenden el desgobierno, y a los que pretenden socavar el estado de derecho y a la democracia en el Perú”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.
En esa línea, el premier Adrianzén felicitó el talante democrático de los gremios del transporte formal que expresaron que trabajarán con normalidad: la Coordinadora de Empresas de Transporte Urbano de Lima y Callao, la Asociación Nacional de Integración de Transportistas (Anitra), la Cámara Internacional de Industria del Transporte (CIT), la gerencia de la Asociación de Concesionarios de Transporte Urbano, la Cámara de Transporte Urbano, la Asociación Metropolitana de Empresas de Transporte Urbano (Ametur), los Operadores de Transporte Urbano del Perú (OTUP), la Asociación de Concesionarios de Transporte Urbano (ACTU) y la Corporación Nacional de Empresas de Transporte (CONET-Perú), entre otros gremios.
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) explicó que de la misma manera operarán al 100 % las líneas 1 y 2 del Metro de Lima, el Metropolitano y los corredores complementarios. “El 85% del transporte de Lima Metropolitana va a trabajar sin novedad. Nos han pedido que la Policía Nacional y las Fuerzas Armadas garanticen la seguridad de sus unidades, de las rutas y de los pasajeros, y nosotros nos hemos comprometido a ello”, declaró el premier Adrianzén.
El jefe del Gabinete también señaló que la convocatoria a paralizar actividades mañana ha sido realizada por una minoría cuyas pretensiones no son propias del transporte urbano, y criticó que a esta se hayan sumado grupos con un marcado sesgo ideológico y político, a los cuales consideró irresponsables debido a que el país requiere de la unidad de todos para enfrentar a la violencia, al sicariato, a la extorsión y al terrorismo urbano.
“Hay quienes lejos de contribuir con la estabilidad, pretenden generar más caos. Pero el Perú no se detiene porque somos más quienes creemos en la democracia y en el estado de derecho”, manifestó el premier, quien reiteró que el derecho a la protesta está garantizado, y aseguró que los efectivos de la PNP y las FF. AA. harán prevalecer el orden en todos los distritos declarados en emergencia.
CUMPLIMIENTO DE COMPROMISOS ASUMIDOS
El titular de la PCM recordó que tras el paro de transporte realizado el 26 de septiembre, el Ejecutivo adoptó diversas medidas para atender las demandas del gremio como la creación del Grupo Operativo de Respuesta Inmediata a la Extorsión (Gorex), de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), la implementación de la Central 111 para recibir las denuncias de extorsión y la declaratoria de emergencia en 14 distritos de Lima y Callao
Asimismo, refirió que se llevó a cabo el Plan Génesis, con más de 200 efectivos de la PNP; se presentó el proyecto de ley de terrorismo urbano; se solicitó al Ministerio Público la creación de fiscalías especializadas en delitos de extorsión, y se anunció la decisión de destinar 3 mil millones de soles para la construcción y ampliación de penales.
“Vamos a empezar esta tarea con la ampliación de Challapalca. Dos pabellones adicionales a los que existen en ese penal serán construidos en breve término. Allí serán enviados todos los delincuentes que cometan sicariato, extorsión o terrorismo urbano”, comentó el premier Adrianzén.
El titular de la PCM comentó que se realizaron requisas en los 62 establecimientos penitenciarios del Perú y que se han realizado reuniones de trabajo con las empresas operadoras de telefonía celular, a fin de que contribuyan con el bloqueo de la señal telefónica en las cárceles.
PRORROGA DE ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA
El Consejo de Ministros acordó prorrogar por 30 días calendario, a partir del 11 de octubre, el estado de emergencia en las provincias de Virú, Pataz y Trujillo, en la región La Libertad, lo que permitirá a la PNP mantener el control del orden interno con el apoyo de las FF.AA. De esta manera se busca garantizar el normal desarrollo de la vida cotidiana y de las actividades económicas.
En otro momento, el ministro de Defensa, Walter Astudillo, informó que el Consejo de Ministros aprobó prorrogar durante 60 días calendario el estado de emergencia declarado en la provincia de Putumayo y Mariscal Ramón Castilla, en la región Loreto, a partir del 10 de octubre.
