Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe A fin de fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana y combatir el crimen organizado, el Ejecutivo despliega, a través de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), el Plan de Control Territorial que comprende un conjunto de medidas para incrementar el número de efectivos policiales y mejorar su equipamiento.
En conferencia de prensa realizada tras la sesión del Consejo de Ministros se informó que el plan considera reforzar a la Policía Nacional con más de 1000 efectivos, asignar el 30 % más del monto mensual que se destina a la inteligencia estratégica y operativa, y declarar el desabastecimiento de la PNP, lo que permitirá para impulsar rápidamente procesos de adquisición de chalecos, armamento y municiones.
Asimismo, el plan incluye asimilar a la Policía a 1500 licenciados de las Fuerzas Armadas, quienes serán capacitados y preparados en legislación policial, derechos humanos aplicables a la función policial y protocolos y procedimientos de investigación, lo que permitirá a la institución contar, en menos de dos meses, con suboficiales asimilados técnicos que estarían a cargo de la conducción de los vehículos que adquiere la PNP.
GARANTIZAN PRESENCIA PERMANENTE DE LAS FUERZAS DEL ORDEN EN PATAZ
El presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, reafirmó que el Ejecutivo tiene una presencia permanente en la provincia de Pataz, en la región La Libertad, en donde las fuerzas del orden obtienen resultados positivos en el combate contra la minería ilegal.
“El problema en Pataz es extremadamente complejo. He tenido la oportunidad de estar en la zona, donde operan continuamente las fuerzas especiales de la PNP y estamos obteniendo resultados con escasa capacidad logística y de personal”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, quien manifestó la apertura del Gobierno nacional a los representantes de la Compañía Minera Poderosa, con quienes ha sostenido diversas reuniones de trabajo.
Por su parte, el titular del Ministerio del Interior, Juan José Santiváñez, explicó que los viceministros del sector que lidera han viajado en reiteradas oportunidades a la provincia liberteña para avanzar en la constitución de un frente policial que contribuya a fortalecer la seguridad.
INVESTIGARÁN AMENAZAS EN PENAL MIGUEL CASTRO CASTRO
El ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Arana, informó que se ha coordinado con la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) para que, a través de sus órganos de inteligencia, se determine a los autores de la amenaza contra el Establecimiento Penitenciario Miguel Castro Castro.
El ministro Arana señaló que también se ha dispuesto relevar a los policías que brindaban seguridad externa a los penales de Piura, Trujillo y Chimbote con personal del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario (INPE), lo que permitirás incorporar a más de 180 efectivos al sistema de seguridad ciudadana. “Quiero enfatizar que desde el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y el INPE, el principio de autoridad está asegurado dentro y fuera del penal”, agregó el titular del sector Justicia.
MÁS DE 2400 TONELADAS DE ANCHOVETA
El ministro de la Producción, Sergio González, indicó que la segunda temporada de pesca de anchoveta, que inició el 1 de noviembre del 2024 y se prolongó hasta el 22 de enero del 2025, permitió la captura de 2400 toneladas, el nivel de captura más alto en segundas temporadas de la última década.
“También implica un crecimiento en las exportaciones de más de 1400 millones de dólares. Además, ha generado alrededor de 400 000 puestos de trabajo de forma directa e indirecta”, explicó el titular del Ministerio de la Producción, quien manifestó que las expectativas de pesca para el 2025 también son positivas.
AVANZAN LABORES DE DESCOLMATACIÓN EN CUENCAS Y QUEBRADAS DE LIMA
El ministro de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Durich Whittembury, destacó que el nivel de avances de las intervenciones de descolmatación en la quebrada de Santo Domingo, en el distrito de Chosica, alcanza el 50 %, y añadió que en los próximos 10 días se deberán iniciar los trabajos en la quebrada Pedregal, ubicada en la misma jurisdicción.
El titular de Vivienda también informó que el Ejecutivo impulsa intervenciones en 21 frentes de la cuenca del río Chillón, y en 34 puntos críticos del río Rímac. “Tenemos previsto culminar los trabajos en ambos ríos en el mes de febrero”, agregó.
De otro lado, señaló que el sector que lidera, junto al Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, llevó ayuda al distrito de Sicuani, en la provincia de Canchis (Cusco), la cual se vio afectada por helada y granizada, y reveló que, para cerrar la brecha vinculada a las casitas calientes y los cobertizos, su sector solicitará un crédito presupuestario al Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.
“Estamos hablando de entre 60 y 100 millones de soles para tener una mayor cobertura de estas denominadas casitas calientes, que van a asegurar una adecuada calidad de vida para nuestros conciudadanos de las zonas altoandinas”, declaró el ministro Whittembury.
RECHAZAN DENUNCIA CONSTITUCIONAL
El premier Adrianzén calificó como inverosímil la denuncia constitucional interpuesta contra la presidenta de la república Dina Boluarte; el ministro del Interior, Juan José Santiváñez; y él, por las observaciones realizadas a la autógrafa de ley que restituye la detención preliminar en casos de no flagrancia.
“El cumplimiento de funciones establecidas en la ley y sobre todo el cumplimiento de funciones dentro de los plazos establecidos por la ley no tienen por qué generar responsabilidad administrativa, funcional y mucho menos una que derive en infracción constitucional”, declaró el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial manifestó que dicha denuncia será archivada en la Subcomisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso de la República, y remarcó que todos los actos administrativos del Consejo de Ministros están apegados a la Constitución.

The President of the Council of Ministers, Gustavo Adrianzén, reaffirmed that the Executive has a permanent presence in the province of Pataz, in the La Libertad region, where law enforcement forces obtain positive results in the fight against illegal mining.

THREATS TO BE INVESTIGATED AT MIGUEL CASTRO CASTRO PRISON

“It also implies an increase in exports of more than 1.4 billion dollars. In addition, it has generated around 400,000 jobs directly and indirectly,” explained the head of the Ministry of Production, who stated that the fishing expectations for 2025 are also positive.

CONSTITUTIONAL COMPLAINT REJECTED
Prime Minister Adrianzén described as implausible the constitutional complaint filed against the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte; the Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santiváñez; and himself, for the observations made to the autograph of the law that restores preliminary detention in cases of non-flagrant crime.
“The fulfillment of functions established by law and above all the fulfillment of functions within the terms established by law do not have to generate administrative or functional responsibility, much less one that results in constitutional violation,” declared the head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM).
The head of the Ministerial Cabinet stated that said complaint will be filed in the Subcommittee of Constitutional Accusations of the Congress of the Republic, and stressed that all administrative acts of the Council of Ministers are attached to the Constitution.
