El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial enfatizó esta disposición del Gobierno tras escuchar los principales desafíos que enfrentan los alcaldes distritales de la región Amazonas que participaron en la Mesa Municipal “Fortaleciendo la Gestión Descentralizada – Agenda 2025”, la cual reunió a autoridades locales de la Macrorregión Norte.

“Al distrito de El Cenepa y a la provincia de Condorcanqui les aseguramos que vamos a trabajar ahí. El ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones se ha comprometido conmigo a estudiar una fórmula que permita obtener financiamiento para atender sus necesidades básicas”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, quien reiteró que el Ejecutivo tiene como prioridad la atención de las necesidades de las comunidades nativas y amazónicas.

En cuanto a la transferencia de recursos, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) aseguró que se adoptarán medidas para que en el 2025 las transferencias se realicen con la debida anticipación, de manera que puedan ser ejecutadas por las municipalidades. “Soporte técnico y fortalecimiento de su institucionalidad es lo que les vamos a brindar”, añadió.

El premier Adrianzén también remarcó que el Gobierno nacional está decidido a mejorar la inversión pública y promover la inversión privada en todo el territorio nacional. “Esto es lo que necesitamos para dinamizar nuestra economía: traer trabajo y desarrollo para todos”, puntualizó.

La Mesa Municipal “Fortaleciendo la Gestión Descentralizada-Agenda 2025”, desarrollada hoy en la región Lambayeque, es una iniciativa que impulsa la PCM, a través la Secretaría de Descentralización, con la finalidad de promover entre los alcaldes distritales el cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos en la programación y ejecución física y presupuestal de las inversiones a cargo de las municipalidades.

MIMP INTENSIFICARÁ ARTICULACIÓN CON MUNICIPIOS DISTRITALES
En el evento, la ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Fanny Montellanos, enfatizó la importancia del trabajo en conjunto con los municipios distritales, a fin de avanzar en el cierre de brechas y brindar bienestar a los niños, las niñas, las mujeres, las personas adultas mayores y las personas con discapacidad.

“Lo que queremos es garantizar los derechos de todas las poblaciones y eso requiere de servicios. Para hacerlo, el equipo de nuestro sector articulará con los municipios para resolver problemas y avanzar”, manifestó la ministra.

MIDAGRI IMPULSARÁ PROYECTOS PARA EL MEJOR USO DEL AGUA EN LA AGRICULTURA
El ministro de Desarrollo y Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero, informó sobre las principales medidas que su sector ejecutará en el 2025, a fin de asegurar el uso eficiente del agua en la agricultura: el inicio de la construcción de la etapa 3 del proyecto Chavimochic, en la región La Libertad; el destrabe de los proyectos Las Delicias, Valle Viejo de Olmos y la segunda etapa de Olmos, en la región Lambayeque, y de La Irrigación Amojao, en la región Amazonas; la adjudicación de Alto Piura y la descolmatación de Poechos en la región Piura; la puesta en marcha de la bocatoma y el canal de La Peña, en la región Tumbes; y la ejecución del canal El Toro en Cajamarca.

“Todos estos proyectos toman su tiempo, entre dos y tres años para construirse, pero hay que adjudicarlos. Esa es la meta de este Gobierno: a julio del 2026 todos estos proyectos estarán en ejecución o completamente adjudicados, y su construcción será impostergable”, declaró el ministro Manero.

MVCS VA POR EL DESTRABE DE PROYECTOS PARALIZADOS
En tanto, el ministro de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Durich Whittembury, informó que en esta semana se publicará la resolución ministerial que permitirá a las municipalidades registrar en la Plataforma de Registro, Evaluación y Seguimiento de Expedientes Técnicos (PRESET) los proyectos, independientemente de que estos se encuentren paralizados en gestiones anteriores.

La cita, que reunió a 145 alcaldes distritales de las regiones de Lambayeque, Piura, Tumbes, Amazonas y Cajamarca, también contó con la participación del gobernador regional de Lambayeque, Jorge Pérez, y el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes. Los burgomaestres compartieron mesas técnicas con representantes de diversos sectores del Ejecutivo.

El alcalde distrital de Pimentel (provincia de Chiclayo, región Lambayeque), Enrique Navarro, resaltó que la decisión de la PCM de organizar la Mesa Municipal “Fortaleciendo la Gestión Descentralizada – Agenda 2025” permite un trato directo entre las autoridades locales y ministros, viceministros y equipos técnicos que integran el Ejecutivo. “Es una gran oportunidad para que los alcaldes expongamos ante el premier y los titulares de los sectores nuestras principales problemáticas”, expresó.

PARO DE TRANSPORTISTAS FUE UN FRACASO
En otro momento, el titular de la PCM felicitó a los gremios de transportistas formales que salieron a trabajar, pese a la convocatoria a paralizar actividades el jueves 6 de febrero, lo que permitió que las actividades en Lima Metropolitana se desarrollen con tranquilidad.

“El paro de transportistas que fue convocado en Lima ha sido un fracaso. Los ilegales no han podido vencer a los peruanos que tenemos buena voluntad para trabajar. Las paralizaciones no contribuyen en nada a solucionar el problema de la seguridad y, por el contrario, generan zozobra en la comunidad”, indicó el premier Adrianzén.

The Municipal Table “Strengthening Decentralized Management-Agenda 2025”, developed today in the Lambayeque region, is an initiative promoted by the PCM, through the Decentralization Secretariat, with the purpose of promoting among district mayors the fulfillment of the objectives set in the programming and physical and budgetary execution of the investments in charge of the municipalities.

MIMP WILL INTENSIFY ARTICULATION WITH DISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES
At the event, the Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Fanny Montellanos, emphasized the importance of working together with district municipalities, in order to advance in closing gaps and providing well-being to boys, girls, women, older adults and people with disabilities.

“What we want is to guarantee the rights of all populations and that requires services. To do so, our sector team will coordinate with the municipalities to resolve problems and move forward,” said the minister.

MIDAGRI WILL PROMOTE PROJECTS FOR THE BEST USE OF WATER IN AGRICULTURE
The Minister of Development and Agrarian and Irrigation, Ángel Manero, reported on the main measures that his sector will carry out in 2025, in order to ensure the efficient use of water in agriculture: the beginning of the construction of stage 3 of the Chavimochic project, in the La Libertad region; the unblocking of the Las Delicias, Valle Viejo de Olmos and the second stage of Olmos projects, in the Lambayeque region, and La Irrigación Amojao, in the Amazonas region; the awarding of Alto Piura and the clearing of Poechos in the Piura region; the start-up of the intake and the La Peña canal, in the Tumbes region; and the execution of the El Toro canal in Cajamarca.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Durich Whittembury, reported that this week the ministerial resolution will be published that will allow municipalities to register projects on the Platform for Registration, Evaluation and Monitoring of Technical Files (PRESET), regardless of whether they have been paralyzed in previous administrations.

“The strike of transporters that was called in Lima has been a failure. The illegals have not been able to defeat the Peruvians who are willing to work. The stoppages do nothing to solve the security problem and, on the contrary, generate anxiety in the community,” said Premier Adrianzén.
