“En este COAR, nuestros jóvenes más destacados recibirán la educación que merecen para convertirse no solo en profesionales exitosos, sino también en los líderes que conducirán al Perú hacia el desarrollo. Además, este COAR simboliza nuestro compromiso inquebrantable con el pacto social por la educación de nuestros niños y jóvenes”, subrayó desde la nueva infraestructura ubicada en el distrito de San Antonio, provincia de Mariscal Nieto, región Moquegua.

Señaló que este centro educativo fue construido mediante el mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos (OxI), con la participación de la empresa Southern Perú y una inversión superior a los 102 millones de soles.

“En unidad, todo es posible. Esa es la forma de trabajar que promovemos en nuestro gobierno: en unidad, siendo una sola fuerza, un solo puño, un solo abrazo y un solo corazón para lograr los grandes objetivos que nos hemos trazado, como forjar un Perú mejor”, expresó.

Asimismo, destacó el poder transformador de la educación y reafirmó su compromiso de brindar a niños y jóvenes una educación de calidad que cambie sus vidas.

“Sabemos que la única manera de transformar la vida de las familias es a través de la educación, pero una educación de calidad. Aún queda mucho por hacer, por eso no nos detenemos; cada día seguimos poniendo el hombro por el Perú, y así ganamos todos”, manifestó.

Seguidamente, la mandataria anunció que, durante su gestión, se hará realidad el Instituto de Educación Tecnológica de Omate, el cual será ejecutado bajo el mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos por Southern Perú, con una inversión cercana a los 50 millones de soles.

“Debemos seguir fortaleciendo la educación en todos sus niveles: inicial, primaria, secundaria, así como la educación tecnológica, los institutos pedagógicos, los institutos tecnológicos y las universidades. Es fundamental afianzar la educación para construir un país con cero corrupción”, enfatizó.

Durante su discurso, la presidenta Boluarte reafirmó que el propósito de su Gobierno es claro e inquebrantable: dejar, el 28 de julio de 2026, un Perú mejor del que encontraron.

“Vamos a entregar un Perú con un crecimiento económico sólido, con una educación de calidad para miles de niños y adolescentes y con 50 mil Becas 18, para que ningún joven que termine el colegio vea truncadas sus aspiraciones por falta de oportunidades”, puntualizó.

Finalmente, destacó la recuperación económica registrada en 2024 y reiteró que esta expansión es el resultado de la unidad de todos los peruanos, del esfuerzo del Ejecutivo, del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP), de los gobernadores, alcaldes y del sector privado.

“Con la contribución de todos, vencimos la inflación y la recesión, y con ello abrimos el camino hacia un Perú con mejores condiciones de vida para cada uno de nuestros ciudadanos”, concluyó.

“We must continue to strengthen education at all levels: initial, primary, secondary, as well as technological education, pedagogical institutes, technological institutes and universities. It is essential to strengthen education to build a country with zero corruption,” he emphasized.

During her speech, President Boluarte reaffirmed that the purpose of her Government is clear and unwavering: to leave, on July 28, 2026, a better Peru than they found.

“We are going to deliver a Peru with solid economic growth, with quality education for thousands of children and adolescents and with 50 thousand Scholarships 18, so that no young person who finishes school sees their aspirations cut short due to lack of opportunities,” he said.

Finally, he highlighted the economic recovery registered in 2024 and reiterated that this expansion is the result of the unity of all Peruvians, the efforts of the Executive, the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP), the governors, mayors and the private sector.

“With everyone’s contribution, we defeated inflation and recession, and with this we opened the way to a Peru with better living conditions for each of our citizens,” he concluded.
