Estas obras beneficiarán a más de 2.7 millones de habitantes de la región Lima y buscan cerrar brechas en servicios clave como salud, seguridad ciudadana, infraestructura vial y operatividad portuaria.

Los proyectos forman parte de la Cartera de Inversiones Estratégicas Territoriales (CIET), aprobada mediante Resolución Ministerial N° 054-2025-PCM, y serán ejecutados en coordinación con los ministerios de Defensa e Interior, el Gobierno Regional de Lima y diversas municipalidades locales.

“Estas inversiones reflejan el compromiso del Gobierno de la presidenta Dina Boluarte con el desarrollo territorial, la reactivación económica y el cierre de brechas. Estamos ejecutando obras de alto impacto, con transparencia y eficiencia, para que el crecimiento generado por el puerto de Chancay genere un impacto real para la población”, afirmó el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén.

Entre las principales intervenciones planificadas para la zona de influencia del ‘hub’ portuario figuran el mejoramiento de tres establecimientos de salud en Chancay, Huaura y Atavillos Alto; la rehabilitación de comisarías en Aucallama, Hualmay y Chancay; y la construcción de una nueva sede para la Capitanía del Puerto de Chancay.

En relación a la infraestructura vial, se ejecutará el mejoramiento de la vía interurbana Palpa – Orcón – Quilca que interconecta Aucallama (Huaral) con Santa Rosa de Quives (Canta); la carretera departamental Arahuay – Lachaqui (Canta); la vía departamental Vilcahuaura – Casuarinas (Huaura); la vía interurbana puente Tingo – Chacras de Maray – Chiuchin – puente Picoy para integrar Santa Leonor y Checras (Huaura); y la vía departamental Huacho – Huaura (Huaura).

Estas mejoras viales potenciarán la conectividad, competitividad y flujo ágil de mercancías.

Cabe resaltar que ANIN viene definiendo la estrategia de contratación para la ejecución de todos estos proyectos, cuyas ejecuciones se darán como resultado de la suscripción de seis convenios interinstitucionales entre la entidad adscrita a la PCM y autoridades de los tres niveles de gobierno, y marcarán el inicio de una etapa clave para el desarrollo logístico y social de dicha parte del país.

De este modo, el Ejecutivo ratifica su compromiso de ejecutar proyectos con los más altos estándares de calidad y total transparencia, en el marco de la política nacional de impulso al cierre de brechas.

Among the main interventions planned for the port hub’s area of ​​influence are the improvement of three health facilities in Chancay, Huaura, and Atavillos Alto; the rehabilitation of police stations in Aucallama, Hualmay, and Chancay; and the construction of a new headquarters for the Chancay Port Authority.

Regarding road infrastructure, improvements will be made to the Palpa-Orcón-Quilca interurban road connecting Aucallama (Huaral) with Santa Rosa de Quives (Canta); the Arahuay-Lachaqui departmental highway (Canta); the Vilcahuaura-Casuarinas departmental highway (Huaura); the Tingo Bridge-Chacras de Maray-Chiuchin-Picoy Bridge interurban road connecting Santa Leonor and Checras (Huaura); and the Huacho-Huaura departmental highway (Huaura).

These road improvements will enhance connectivity, competitiveness, and the efficient flow of goods.

It should be noted that ANIN is defining the contracting strategy for the execution of all these projects. These projects will be implemented as a result of the signing of six inter-institutional agreements between the entity attached to the PCM and authorities from all three levels of government. These agreements will mark the beginning of a key stage for the logistical and social development of this part of the country.

In this way, the Executive branch reaffirms its commitment to executing projects with the highest standards of quality and complete transparency, within the framework of the national policy to close gaps.
