Mediante la Resolución Administrativa N° 000080-2022-CE-PJ se precisa que ese día se realicen actividades de educación y sensibilización del público, a fin de promover la participación plena y la igualdad de mujeres en todos los niveles de la Judicatura.

La norma indica que el Poder Judicial está desarrollando acciones para promover la igualdad de género y no discriminación, como la creación de la Comisión de Justicia de Género en el 2016, como instancia encargada de transversalizar el enfoque de género en todos los niveles de la administración de justicia.

Asimismo, refiere que por primera vez, la Sala Plena de la Corte Suprema eligió a una Presidenta en este poder del Estado y que las Salas Especializadas de la Corte Suprema cuentan con paridad de género, lo que pone de manifiesto la voluntad del Poder Judicial de revalidar la participación de la mujeres juezas en igualdad.

La resolución recuerda que la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, mediante la Resolución N° 75/274, del 28 de abril de 2021, decidió proclamar el 10 de marzo de cada año como el “Día Internacional de las Juezas”.
