El viernes 14 de octubre en la tarde, Luis Tanuz Lazo Arévalo, líder local de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en San Juan de Lurigancho, acompañado de Johel Valdivia, de la Oficina de Servicios Humanitarios, Jorge Ramos, Gerente de Bienestar y Autosuficiencia y los misioneros de Bienestar Landon y Hanke acudieron al local comunal de la zona Antonio Raimondi para la entrega formal de los alimentos.
La donación de 120 bolsas de alimentos para las familias vulnerables más otra cantidad de alimentos a granel para dos ollas comunes del sector fue coordinada con el Consulado de Guatemala en la ciudad de Lima, representado por el honorable señor Mario Sergio Bran García, Jefe de la Sección Consular y también contó con la asistencia de Aurora Lino, Directora de Comunicación de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en Lima e Isabel Gálvez de Lima Norte.
Las familias beneficiarias agradecieron a la Iglesia de Jesucristo y al consulado de Guatemala por la donación que ayudara a las familias humildes de la zona. Cabe resaltar que las ollas comunes también se abastecen de alimentos producidos por sus huertos como tomates, lechugas, rabanitos y hierbas aromáticas. Y tienen el propósito de obtener una panadería comunal para contar con ingresos y ser autosuficientes.

On Friday afternoon, October 14, Luis Tanuz Lazo Arévalo, local leader of the Church of Jesus Christ in San Juan de Lurigancho, accompanied by Johel Valdivia, from the Office of Humanitarian Services, Jorge Ramos, Manager of Welfare and Self-sufficiency, and the missionaries of Welfare Landon and Hanke went to the local community of the Antonio Raimondi area for the formal delivery of food.
The donation of 120 bags of food for vulnerable families plus another amount of bulk food for two common pots in the sector was coordinated with the Consulate of Guatemala in the city of Lima, represented by the honorable Mr. Mario Sergio Bran García, Head of the Consular Section and also had the assistance of Aurora Lino, Director of Communication of the Church of Jesus Christ in Lima and Isabel Gálvez from North Lima.
