Además, los voluntarios podrán responder de manera inmediata cuando se requiera su apoyo en situaciones de emergencia.

“La meta es ambiciosa, con esta App podremos conectarnos con las universidades y contabilizar mejor las horas de voluntariado en beneficio de los voluntarios. Queremos llegar a 100 000 voluntarios”, enfatizó el burgomaestre.

Asimismo, anunció que se implementarán nuevos voluntariados de apoyo cultural, legal, médico, fraternidad y cuidado del patrimonio. Los mismos que serán integrados por estudiantes de las distintas especialidades necesarias para trabajar en dichos sectores a través de los convenios que se han logrado a lo largo del 2023.

Esta nueva herramienta permitirá el registro de los voluntarios de manera digital. Así como también, les permitirá visualizar las convocatorias con anticipación y conocer a mayor detalle cada actividad. Los voluntarios que se registren podrán participar de plantado de árboles, limpieza de playas, apoyo en albergues, ayuda en situaciones de emergencia y mucho más.

Para formar parte de “Voluntarios por Lima “, solo tendrán que descargar el aplicativo en App Store o Play Store, llenar una ficha de registro y aceptar el correo de confirmación.
