“El consejo respaldó la limitación del uso de recursos públicos para gastos no críticos. Esto tiene que ver con las consultorías, los viajes, las adquisiciones de vehículos, entre otros”, indicó el jefe del gabinete ministerial.
En esa línea, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) anunció que se han identificado las acciones para lograr la reactivación económica y fortalecer la estabilidad fiscal del país. Además, expresó la necesidad de implementar algunas reformas del presupuesto aprobado para el 2024.
MÁS DE 6 MILLONES DE ESTUDIANTES INICIARON AÑO ESCOLAR
El premier Gustavo Adrianzén informó que el lunes 11 de marzo más de 6 millones de estudiantes iniciaron el año escolar, es decir, el 96% de los matriculados, en más de 53 mil instituciones educativas.
Asimismo, precisó que un pequeño porcentaje de escuelas, por razones climáticas fundamentalmente, se vieron en la obligación de reprogramar el inicio las clases para el 18 o 25 del presente mes.
ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA POR LLUVIAS INTENSAS
El jefe del gabinete ministerial reveló que el Consejo de Ministros acordó declarar en estado de emergencia, por daños ocasionados por intensas precipitaciones, a 66 distritos de 15 regiones: Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Junín, La Libertad, Lima, Moquegua, Puno, San Martín y Tacna.
“La declaratoria es consecuencia de la necesidad de llevar a cabo trabajos de limpieza y rehabilitación de vías de comunicación, así como entregar ayuda consistente en maquinaria e insumos de agricultura”, añadió.
JUEGOS PANAMERICANOS LIMA 2027
El titular de la PCM resaltó la elección de la ciudad de Lima como sede de los Juegos Panamericanos Lima 2027 y subrayó el impacto económico que tendrá en el Perú. “Hemos hecho el estimado de que por cada dólar que el país invierta en estas actividades vamos a recibir a cambio entre 3 y 4 dólares, por los menos”, acotó.
Recalcó que se trata de una gran oportunidad para poner a Lima nuevamente en la vitrina de los países con capacidad para realizar megaeventos, y explicó que se trabajará en incorporar más infraestructura deportiva, y en refaccionar y ampliar la existente.
