“El día de hoy por disposición de la presidenta de la República, Dina Boluarte, se emitió un Decreto Supremo que hace una transferencia a la Biblioteca Nacional del Perú, para cerrar la brecha de las bibliotecas provinciales. Tenemos 196 provincias y nos faltan implementar 45, que esperamos culminar a fin de año”, señaló. Esta es una apuesta del Gobierno por impulsar la lectura en todas las provincias del país.

Estas declaraciones las brindó durante su participación en la segunda Intervención Multisectorial ‘Frío Cero’, realizada en la losa deportiva Defensores de la Familia, AAHH La Rinconada de San Juan de Miraflores, junto al ministro del Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini y la alcaldesa del distrito, Delia Castro.

Esta actividad se realizó con la finalidad de acercar los servicios integrales de promoción, prevención y protección a la población más vulnerable para afrontar las bajas temperaturas y reducir los efectos adversos del frío en las zonas más expuestas de Lima y Callao.

“Desde el Ministerio de Cultura nos sumamos con nuestra propuesta cultural y de lectura, a través de la BNP, para que nuestros niños, desde pequeños, inicien con el hábito lector”, dijo la ministra.

“Estamos aquí por disposición de la presidenta Dina Boluarte, para articular estos esfuerzos con el gobierno local, con el objetivo de beneficiar al país. En nuestro Bicentenario de la Independencia, todos deben de tener accesos a nuestros derechos culturales”, agregó.

La titular de Cultura mostró su disposición para trabajar de la mano con las autoridades locales. “Nos ponemos a disposición de la alcaldesa para articular acciones y trabajar en beneficio del museo municipal que tiene el distrito, así como rescatar nuestras lenguas. Sabemos que aquí se habla el quechua y debemos brindar servicios con pertinencia cultural”, enfatizó.

En esta ocasión, el sector Cultura llevó una serie de iniciativas en favor de la ciudadanía del AAHH La Rinconada.

“Llegamos con nuestra propuesta cultural fomentando el hábito y la lectura a través de la Biblioteca Nacional del Perú y la Dirección del Libro y la Lectura del Mincul. Así tratamos de incentivar a los niños el hábito lector, para seguir fortaleciendo nuestros vínculos con la cultura en general”, afirmó.

Finalmente, la ministra Urteaga invitó a la ciudadanía de todo el país a participar del programa Museos Abiertos. “Aprovecho la oportunidad para invitarlos mañana domingo, a participar del programa del Mincul, ‘Museos Abiertos’. que permite a todas las familias a nivel nacional, visitar de forma gratuita todos los museos administrados por el Estado”, culminó.

On this occasion, the Culture sector carried out a series of initiatives in favor of the citizens of the AAHH La Rinconada.

“We arrived with our cultural proposal promoting the habit and reading through the National Library of Peru and the Book and Reading Directorate of the Mincul. “This is how we try to encourage the reading habit in children, to continue strengthening our ties with culture in general,” he stated.

Finally, Minister Urteaga invited citizens from all over the country to participate in the Open Museums program. “I take this opportunity to invite you tomorrow, Sunday, to participate in the Mincul program, ‘Open Museums’. which allows all families nationwide to visit all museums administered by the State for free,” he concluded.
