La jefa de Estado hizo una primera parada en el sector Niño Pampa, distrito de Chalhuanca, provincia de Aymaraes, región Apurímac. En dicho lugar, hizo la entrega del terreno de 35 000 metros cuadrados, en el que se construirá el Colegio de Alto Rendimiento de Apurímac (COAR Apurímac), que beneficiará a cerca de 250 estudiantes.

Boluarte resaltó que la entrega del predio marca un hito importante en la región. Asimismo, se comprometió a retornar al lugar para inaugurar la mencionada institución educativa, que se hará con apoyo del sector privado mediante el mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos, y en el que se invertirán S/ 75 millones.

“Ya este Gobierno ha dado muestras de que se pueden construir tremendos colegios, como las Escuelas Bicentenario, en seis o máximo ocho meses. Cuando hay voluntad política, no hay tiempo que esperar”, manifestó la jefa de Estado, luego de llevar a cabo una ceremonia de pago a la tierra.

La mandataria realizó, también, dos importantes anuncios que contribuirán a garantizar la salud de los vecinos de Chalhuanca y de todo Apurímac. Uno es la culminación del expediente técnico para la ampliación del Hospital de Emergencias de Chalhuanca y la respectiva infraestructura de contingencia en la que se brindarán los servicios de salud a la población, de manera temporal, y mientras concluya la edificación principal, a cargo del Ministerio de Salud (Minsa). El otro, el mejoramiento y ampliación del Servicio de Salud Básico en el Centro de Atención II de EsSalud.

Además, supervisó las labores de limpieza y descolmatación que realiza la Unidad Básica Operativa (UBO) del Programa Nuestras Ciudades del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS) en el río Chalhuanca.

Finalmente, la presidenta Boluarte se dirigió al distrito de Caraybamba, en la provincia de Aymaraes, donde lideró el lanzamiento del proyecto Andenes y Paisajes Culturales Productivos, un proyecto de inversión pública que busca promover el desarrollo agrícola, cultural y turístico en once regiones del país, con el objeto de beneficiar a pequeños productores de la agricultura familiar.

Se calcula que cerca de un millón de pequeños productores de las regiones Amazonas, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Huancavelica, Junín, Lima, Moquegua, Puno y Tacna se beneficiarán de esta iniciativa, en la que se invertirán más de S/ 650 millones.

“Caraybamba es uno de los distritos que más andenerías tiene en todo Aymaraes. Por ello, se le solicitó al ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego que haga un estudio para calificar a la andenería de Caraybamba, para que esta ingrese a ese importante proyecto de seguridad alimentaria. Vamos a recuperar la andenería, nuestra hermosa andenería, que ha estado abandonada por anteriores gobiernos”, afirmó.

Indicó que en Apurímac se invertirán más de S/ 102 millones para beneficiar a más de 3000 productores dedicados al cultivo de alfalfa, maíz, papa, trigo, oca, olluco y cebada, así como a la crianza de ganado vacuno, ovino y camélidos.

En paralelo, el Gobierno ha llevado a cabo el destrabe de grandes proyectos, como Chavimochic III, Chinecas, Majes-Siguas, Chonta, Yanapujio y Alto Piura, entre otros.
