“Estas tres entidades impulsarán una concesión del proyecto por breve término: entre 12 y 18 meses. En ese tiempo se conducirá un proceso de licitación internacional para que una nueva empresa asuma esta importante obra”, explicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) detalló que la futura concesión en la región Lambayeque contemplará el dragado en Olmos, la instalación de reservorios satélites y la elevación de la represa, lo que incrementará su capacidad y garantizará el acceso al agua.

SALUDO POR EL DÍA DEL TRABAJO
En vísperas del Día del Trabajo, el premier Adrianzén expresó su saludo a los trabajadores y las trabajadoras del Perú, quienes con su esfuerzo realizan un valioso aporte al desarrollo nacional. “Ellos y ellas comprenden el gran esfuerzo que hacemos desde el Gobierno nacional para hacer valer sus derechos laborales”, manifestó.

Por su parte, el ministro de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Daniel Maurate, resaltó el reciente lanzamiento del Registro de Trabajadores en la Informalidad Laboral, que a la fecha ha recopilado información de 12.3 millones de personas. “Esta herramienta permitirá diseñar políticas públicas más eficaces para promover la formalización”, agregó.

PROYECCIÓN TURÍSTICA POR FERIADO LARGO
La ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Desilú León, informó que, con motivo del feriado largo por el Día del Trabajo (del 1 al 4 de mayo), se estima la movilización de 827 mil viajeros a nivel nacional, lo que generará un impacto económico de aproximadamente 212 millones de dólares en el sector turismo.

“Esperamos que esta actividad turística beneficie especialmente a nuestras regiones y comunidades”, indicó. Además, recordó que durante el feriado de Semana Santa se movilizaron 1.9 millones de personas, más de lo proyectado, y se generó un movimiento económico de 222 millones de dólares.

DEVOLUCIÓN DEL FONAVI
El premier Adrianzén reveló que hasta la fecha se ha devuelto 400 418 050 de soles a 107 965 exaportantes al Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonavi), correspondientes al Tercer Grupo de Reintegro del Padrón Nacional de Fonavistas Beneficiarios. “La devolución comenzó el 11 de abril y está dirigida a 189 000 exaportantes mayores de 70 años. Aún queda pendiente el pago a 80 mil fonavistas”, precisó.

El jefe de Gabinete detalló que el tercer grupo incluye a fonavistas fallecidos que hubieran cumplido 90 años al 31 de marzo del 2025, así como a personas con discapacidad registradas en el Consejo Nacional para la Integración de la Persona con Discapacidad (Conadis), pensionistas de invalidez de la Oficina de Normalización Previsional (ONP) y pacientes con enfermedades graves o terminales acreditadas.

Los pagos se realizan en las ventanillas del Banco de la Nación, así como en los Centros MAC (Mejor Atención al Ciudadano) de la PCM en distintas regiones del país. ESTADOS DE EMERGENCIA
El Consejo de Ministros aprobó declarar el estado de emergencia por 60 días en siete distritos de la región Loreto, afectados por las intensas precipitaciones, con el fin de ejecutar acciones de respuesta y rehabilitación.

Las medidas serán llevadas a cabo por el Gobierno Regional de Loreto y las municipalidades involucradas, con el acompañamiento técnico del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci), y en coordinación con los ministerios de Salud; Educación; Desarrollo Agrario y Riego; Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento; Interior; Defensa; Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables; y Desarrollo e Inclusión Social.

Asimismo, se decidió prorrogar por 60 días calendario, a partir del 6 de mayo de 2025, el estado de emergencia declarado en los distritos de Anco y Unión Progreso, de la provincia de La Mar (Ayacucho); y en los distritos de Megantoni, Kumpirushiato, Echarate, Villa Virgen y Villa Kintiarina, de la provincia de La Convención (Cusco).

La medida dispone que el control del orden interno esté a cargo de la Policía Nacional del Perú con acciones de apoyo de las Fuerzas Armadas, a fin de hacer frente a la alta incidencia en la comisión del delito de tráfico ilícito de drogas, en sus diversas modalidades, entre otros delitos conexos perpetrados por organizaciones criminales.

De la misma forma, se prorrogó por el mismo plazo, a partir del 5 de mayo de 2025, el estado de emergencia declarado en la provincia de Zarumilla (Tumbes), a fin de continuar con las operaciones policiales para hacer frente al tráfico ilícito de drogas, contrabando, trata de personas, lavado de activos, tráfico de armas, sicariato, lesiones por arma de fuego, entre otros delitos. Durante la vigencia de la medida la PNP mantiene el control del orden interno, con acciones de apoyo de las Fuerzas Armadas.

SE INVESTIGA PRESUNTO SECUESTRO DE MINEROS EN PATAZ
Respecto al presunto secuestro de mineros en el distrito de Pataz (La Libertad), reportado el 29 de abril, el premier Adrianzén aclaró que, según información de los órganos de seguridad del Estado, no existen denuncias ni indicios que confirmen la veracidad de los hechos. Sin embargo, afirmó que están realizando las investigaciones correspondientes.

“Las patrullas del Ejército y la Policía Nacional están coordinando con las comisarías locales y continúan con el patrullaje en los puntos críticos del distrito, ejecutando acciones de verificación táctica”, puntualizó el titular de la PCM, quien descartó que el hecho involucre a trabajadores de la minera Poderosa, tal como lo ha confirmado la propia empresa.

TOURISM PROJECTION FOR LONG HOLIDAY
The Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Desilú León, reported that, in connection with the Labor Day long holiday (May 1-4), an estimated 827,000 travelers will travel nationwide, generating an economic impact of approximately $212 million in the tourism sector.

“We hope this tourism activity will especially benefit our regions and communities,” she stated. She also noted that during the Easter holiday, 1.9 million people traveled, more than projected, and generated an economic movement of $222 million.

FONAVI REFUNDS

STATES OF EMERGENCY
The Council of Ministers approved the declaration of a 60-day state of emergency in seven districts of the Loreto region affected by heavy rainfall, in order to implement response and rehabilitation measures.

The measures will be carried out by the Regional Government of Loreto and the municipalities involved, with technical support from the National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI), and in coordination with the Ministries of Health; Education; Agrarian Development and Irrigation; Housing, Construction and Sanitation; Interior; Defense; Women and Vulnerable Populations; and Development and Social Inclusion.

It was also decided to extend the state of emergency declared for 60 calendar days, starting on May 6, 2025, in the districts of Anco and Unión Progreso, in the province of La Mar (Ayacucho); and in the districts of Megantoni, Kumpirushiato, Echarate, Villa Virgen, and Villa Kintiarina, in the province of La Convención (Cusco).

The measure establishes that internal order control will be the responsibility of the Peruvian National Police, with support from the Armed Forces, in order to address the high incidence of drug trafficking in its various forms, among other related crimes perpetrated by criminal organizations.

Likewise, the state of emergency declared in the province of Zarumilla (Tumbes) was extended for the same period, effective May 5, 2025, to continue police operations to combat illicit drug trafficking, smuggling, human trafficking, money laundering, arms trafficking, contract killings, firearm injuries, among other crimes. While the measure is in effect, the PNP maintains internal control, with support from the Armed Forces.

ALLEGED KIDNAPPING OF MINERS IN PATAZ UNDER INVESTIGATION
Regarding the alleged kidnapping of miners in the district of Pataz (La Libertad), reported on April 29, Prime Minister Adrianzén clarified that, according to information from state security agencies, there are no complaints or evidence confirming the veracity of the events. However, he affirmed that the corresponding investigations are underway.

“Army and National Police patrols are coordinating with local police stations and continue patrolling critical areas of the district, carrying out tactical verification actions,” stated the head of the PCM, who ruled out the involvement of Poderosa mining workers, as the company itself has confirmed.
