La jefa de Estado destacó la resiliencia de los trabajadores peruanos que, en muchos casos, no conocen feriados ni domingos para sacar adelante al país, como el personal de los hospitales, comisarías, mercados, fábricas y plantas industriales.
Asimismo, resaltó la labor de los bomberos que salvan vidas y de las amas de casa que laboran 24 horas al día con entrega y amor por sus familias.
“Desde nuestro Gobierno trabajamos incansablemente para proteger los derechos laborales, para impulsar el crecimiento económico, y para generar más empleo digno con sueldos justos. Porque un país que respeta al trabajador es un país que se respeta a sí mismo”, expresó la jefa de Estado.
En ese sentido, la mandataria recordó que, desde el 1 de enero de este año, el Ejecutivo dispuso el incremento de la remuneración mínima vital a 1130 soles, pensando en el bienestar de los hogares peruanos.
Asimismo, se ha mantenido el impulso de la inversión pública y privada para dinamizar el empleo formal, que solo en febrero creció 5 % a nivel nacional, lo que significó la creación de 270 mil empleos. Con ello, se superó los 5 millones 800 mil empleos formales en el primer bimestre del año.
De igual forma, dijo, se ha reducido la informalidad laboral en más de tres puntos porcentuales respecto al 2022, alcanzando una tasa de empleo formal del 30 % en 2024, la más alta de los últimos 20 años.
En su mensaje, la presidenta Boluarte formuló un llamado firme y sincero a favor de la unidad.
“Nuestro Gobierno garantiza que cada trabajador y trabajadora reciba un trato digno, un salario justo y oportunidades reales de progreso”, añadió.
